Pros:

Overall experience was not bad at all. But front staff including some of their management didn’t know about the Expedia booking but they are available booking through Expedia. They make me wait there for 10 min without any reason just because of the expedia.

Reception staff very friendly and speak good English
Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds
Quiet area at night which is rare for Nepal
