Perfect stay for our short ski in Kaprun
Pros:

We loved the swimming pool and sauna after a day on the slopes!
Our room was perfect and we enjoyed breakfast and dinner:).

Super Hotel in sehr guter Lage und hervorragendem Essen. Die Suite war total gemütlich!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war fabelhaft. Die Lage mit dem Blick zur Burg von Kaprun traumhaft.

Cons:

Die Zeiten beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen hätten für uns für einen halbe Stunde länger sein können.

Wir würden wieder kommen

Das Personal, egal ob Rezeption, Bedienung oder Küchen Personal, genauso wie Zimmerreinigung alles tippitoppi und super nett. Die Auswahl der Speisen am Morgenbuffet sowie die Wahl der Speisen am Abend hervorragend. Es gab eigentlich nichts was es nicht gab. Topp. Danke für die 3 tollen Tage.

Cons:

Leider gab es kein Getränk am Abend was in der Halbpension inbegriffen war. Somit musste für ein Wasser 0,33 - 4,90 €, ein Bier 0,5 - 7-€ oder für ein 1/4 Hauswein 12,- am letzten Tag hat meine Frau ein 1/8 Hauswein für 6,- getrunken...bezahlt werden, diese Preise fanden wir etwas übertrieben.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie i obiadokolacja, fajna i dość rozbudowana strefa spa, kilka rodzajów saun, basen, jacuzzi, przystanek skibus pod hotelem. Na duży plus dostępność macha latte i wyciskarki do soków na śniadanie oraz bezalkoholowych drinków i wina w karcie napojów. Dbałość o detale. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa.

Cons:

W nocy w pokoju było trochę za ciepło. Brak balsamu do ciała/ kremu do rąk w łazience (ale duży plus za organiczne mydło do mycia).

Absolutely weekend fantastic stay!
Pros:

🌟 Very friendly staff, modern and cozy room, SPA with Alps view is simply breathtaking. Hotel very close to Kitzsteinhorn and nice view to Kapruner Burg. The fitness room overlooking the mountains makes training a joy. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, varied, and top quality and fresh – plus great wines an cocktails. Can’t wait to return next time in summer!

Beautiful, well-positioned hotel for skiing, close to the parking area and the zipline.
Pros:

Breakfast had so many options. It is buffet and the staff brings you additional food if needed. Juice maker is a cherry on the top. Pool is nice and the beds besides it. Sauna is great as it has family and adults sauna.

Pros:

Номер был действительно большой , было две комнаты , с ребенком удобно. Минут 15 пешком до подъемника , автобусная остановка рядом с отелем. Понравился завтрак , достаточно разнообразный .

При заселении было очень много народу и нас попросили регистрироваться самим по телефону , было долго и неудобно и всего один сотрудник на рецепции .
Слышимость в номерах , слышно соседей и слышно все что творится в коридоре , всю ночь стучали в соседней номер , мужчина не мог найти карту , ресепшен работает только до 21-30, и не мог попасть в номер , всю ночь стучал .
Уборка не понравилась : не пылесосил и , не помыли посуду для чая и кофе , не положили ни чай , ни кофе . Я спросил на ресепшен капсулу мне сказали , что только в первый день положено , можно купить . Тапочки тоже предлагают купить . В отеле только мыло , оно для всего , хорошо у меня был шампунь и кондиционер . Принадлежностей никаких кроме мыла . Мыло тоже нам не клали уборщицы . На завтраке зона буфета маленькая и когда много народа неудобно . Кофеварка одна и образуется очередь . Также есть соковыжималка , но вы сами должны выжимать сок и чистить фрукты . Если хотите свежевыжатый сок , то тоже образуется очередь . Персонал в ресторане очень приветливый был один официант и дружелюбный и любезный Энди .
Женщина с короткой стрижкой карэ , черными волосами в очках веда себя отвратительно . На завтраке в грубой форме накричала , что апельсины нужно чистить как следует , что соковыжималка очень дорогая . Но это не сервис ! Я пожаловался на рецепшен, но она даже не извинилась . Также не представилась , когда я спросил как ее зовут . Персонал вообще не дружелюбный , даже строгий , нет душевности .
Спа зона . Здесь непонятно как себя позиционирует отель . Зона для детей маленькая , маленький бассейн и сауна . Дальше зона 16 плюс , несколько саун и джакузи , где можно быть голыми , но некоторые гости понимают это так , что вы не можете быть голыми , а должны быть
И если вы в купальнике или плавках требуют раздеться.

Pros:

The location is excellent close by to kaprun center and walking distance to the gondola 🚠 if you ski.
The hotel was fully renovated and looks great. The breakfast is excellent with good variety I loved especially the fuirt Juice machine. The staff were extremely kind and friendly and helpful. I couldn’t compliment enough Mariena from the front desk. 💚

Cons:

The water in the pool could be warmer.
