Tolle, angenehme Betten, sehr freundliches Personal, super SPA und Pool Bereich, nettes Spielezimmer mit Tischtennis, Yoga 3x pro Woche
Die Getränkepreise sind teils überzogen. Man bestellt Wein, das Leitungswasser dazu muss man trotzdem zahlen, €3 für 1 Liter. Auch €5,20 für ein 1/2l Soda Zitron ist übertrieben aber in Kaprun einfach Realität. Es gibt auch leider keine Insektengitter in den Zimmer, sodass man bei Ankunft Gelsen im Zimmer hat.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay and honestly cannot think of a single thing to complain about.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and you can see that great attention has been paid to every little detail. Everything feels elegant, comfortable, and welcoming.
The pool and sauna area is also fantastic, with nuts, tea, and fresh towels always available — a lovely touch that makes the whole experience even more relaxing.
The breakfast selection is excellent, with everything from spreads, cereals, cold cuts, and eggs to a great variety of fresh bread and pastries, juices, coffee, and much more. There is truly something for everyone.
Dinner was equally impressive. There is a choice of three main courses, while the starters are served buffet-style, so you definitely won’t leave the table hungry. The quality of the dinners is on the level of a very good restaurant, and the cuisine throughout the hotel is simply phenomenal and wonderfully diverse.
The staff deserves special praise — everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful.
Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very tastefully designed. We also loved that the Sommer Card is included in the room price, which is a fantastic benefit for anyone looking for an active holiday.
All in all, we have absolutely no complaints about the hotel, the staff, or the food. Quite the opposite — everything exceeded our expectations, and we sincerely hope to come back again!

Freundliches und herzliches Personal das einem gleich ein gutes Gefühl für den gesamten Aufenthalt gibt, auch unser Hund hat ein kleines Willkommenspaket erhalten sowie Decke und Napf.
Schöne Einrichtung der Zimmer und des ganzen Hotels.
Auch die Lage ist für Ausflüge in die Region hervorragend, sowohl zu Fuß, mit der Gondel oder dem Auto. Die Sommerkarte, welche wir zum Aufenthalt dazu bekommen haben, bietet viele Ausflüge zu vergünstigten Preisen oder sogar komplett kostenlos.
Das Hotel bietet ebenfalls einige Extras welche im Preis enthalten sind.
Der Spa Bereich war sehr schön gestaltet, sowohl außen als auch innen. Naturpool, Liegewiesen und Adult Only Bereich mit Whirlpool, Saunen und Dampfbad sind sehr einladend.
Das Essen ist qualitativ sehr gut. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war groß und man konnte sich zusätzlich aus der Küche Eierspeisen dazu bestellen.
Das Abendessen wird (bis auf Salat und Suppe) am Tisch serviert. Dies wählt man am morgen aus.
Die Reinigung der Zimmer hätte für diesen Preis und Hotelstandard gründlicher sein können. So lagen bspw. direkt nach der Zimmerreinigung immer noch Haare auf dem Boden und von vorherigen Gästen fanden wir noch beschriftete Karten in den Schubladen.
Das Abendessen war zwar qualitativ gut jedoch hätten wir uns mehr Auswahl gewünscht. Man könnte täglich zwischen einem Fleisch, Fisch oder vegetarischen Gerichte zum Hauptgang wählen. Wer dabei nicht fündig wurde musste Abstriche machen.
Sehr freundliches Personal und das Essen war sehr sehr lecker
Info über Preis der Sommerkarte wär gut gewesen.
