Nur teilweise unsere Erwartungen erfüllt (Hochzeitsreise zum 40. Hochzeitstag).
Pros:

Die Pools, die Saunen und das Frühstücksbuffet waren toll. Die Dame an der Rezeption Fr. Maryana war für uns das Herz des Hotels, immer freundlich und sie hat uns tolle Tips für Ausflüge gegeben!

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers (viel zu kalt und zu dunkel), es hat auch keine Klimaanlage gegeben, dadurch war das Zimmer sehr warm.
Der Durchgang beim Bett war sehr schmal.
Ausserdem gab es beim 5 Gänge Menü am Abend, nur 3 Hauptspeisen zur Auswahl (Fisch, Vegan und Fleisch). Leider esse ich keinen Fisch, auch möchte ich kaum Veganes Essen (jedoch an dem einem Abend, musste ich mir das vegane Essen nehmen und der Spinatknödel war sehr gut). Bei der Ente am nächsten Abend hatte ich eine ca. 1cm weiche Haut drauf. Die sich wie ein Kaugummi angefühlt hat. Ich hätte mir da wirklich eine größere Auswahl gewünscht :-(.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel with half board.
Dinner was okay, but we arrived before 8 pm and most of the barbecue food was already cold. Breakfast service was also poorly managed, with staff struggling to refill items, leaving several options empty.
The room was spacious enough and generally fine, although quite dated and showing clear signs of wear.
The serious issue happened at checkout. The receptionist made a major administrative mistake and checked us out under the wrong room number (217 instead of 117), which led to us being charged incorrectly for another room. This also resulted in a wrong invoice being issued. The email address on the invoice was entered incorrectly, yet the process continued without proper verification.
After noticing the issue via the invoice, we returned to the reception to resolve it. Instead of handling it as a simple correction, the situation became unnecessarily complicated. A manager joined the discussion and was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, raising her voice and refusing to approach the issue calmly. Despite a clear internal error, we were repeatedly asked to provide bank statements and proof of payment, and the focus was shifted away from the obvious mistake.
What should have been a quick fix turned into a stressful and uncomfortable 30-minute process at checkout.
To make matters worse, we were given cookies at reception as a farewell gesture. We only discovered later in the car that both cookies were moldy, which was very disappointing.
Overall, this stay showed a lack of professionalism and basic customer service. We are not staying again!

tolles Konzept, angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

-schönes Hotel mit dem besonderem Touch
-nettes Personal, besonders die Dame aus Niederbayern ist postiv zu erwähnen
-schöner Wellnessbereich, der "Schwimmteich" ist super
-schönes geräumiges Zimmer
-gute Küche, bei Früstück sowie Abendessen

Cons:

-Einstieg beim Schwimmteich glitschig - habe mehrere Stürze beobachtet
-Schlafzimmer nicht komplett zu verdunkeln
-keine Klimaanlage
-Indoorpool riecht muffig
-Getränkepreise beim Abendessen sowie an der Bar zu hoch
-allgemein etwas hochpreisig

Stylovy hotel, venku v typickem Rakouskem stylu, uvnitr s modernim a krasnym vybavenim. Perfektni servis, mily a vstricny personal. Pokoje krasne a ciste, nic nechybelo. Parkoviste primo pred hotelem je soucasi ceny, zrovna tak jako vnitrni bazen s wellness i venkovni bazen s nadhernym vyhledem na hrad Kaprun. Poloha hotelu perfektni s pesi dostupnosti k turistice, lanovkam, obchodum..Snidane i vecere doslova luxusni..chutove vyborne a nebylo nic, co by chybelo. Neni co vytknout,jedna se o jeden z nejlepsich hotelu,ktere jsem navstivila a urcite se rada vratim.

A fantastic hotel with a great spa, wonderful staff, and excellent breakfast in a perfect location f
Pros:

The spa area was excellent and a perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and exceptionally friendly throughout our stay. We also loved the great breakfast selection and the large storage room for snowboards and ski equipment.

Cons:

The dinners were not quite at the same level as the rest of the hotel experience. While they were good, we felt there was room for improvement compared to the excellent breakfast and overall service.
