Dir Lage war sehr schön

Cons:

Wellnessbereich zu klein und Spa erst ab 12.00 uhr und nur bis 21.00 geöffnet.. Poolbereich ungemütlich und lieblos .. Leider war das Essen abends fast immer nur lauwarm (pommes und Nudeln) und Fleisch in den Behältern zäh vor allem am Buffettag ... Kosmetikbehandlung war sehr unprofessionell es wurde nichts gesprochen mit mir, ich wusste gar nicht was ich ins Gesicht bekam ... Bei einer Allergie wäre das fatal... 110 Euro ist einfach viel zu viel. Leider ,denn im Grunde hätte das Hotel echt Potential ... Massage war leider auch wegen dem Geräuschpegel drum herum auch nicht wirklich entspannend... Also für nen Kurztrip ok aber mehr auch nicht...

We loved it.
Pros:

The property was excellent and we loved it. It really was almost perfect for a week of skiing.

Cons:

A few minor points only to help improve - another coffee machine at breakfast, bit more variety on kids Buffett but minor point and a bit more communication on cleaning of rooms.

Hotel ist okay, aber unbedingt ohne Essen buchen!

Schönes Design, großes Zimmer

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption spulen immer den gleichen Satz ab, sind aber ansonsten eher unfreundlich oder ignorieren die vorbeigehenden Gäste obwohl sie offensichtlich nichts zu tun haben. Das Essen ist für den Preis frech, Ostern gab es Büffet auf Autobahnraststätten-Niveau. Grundsätzlich sind es viele kleine Dinge, keine Salzstreuer am Tisch, Wellnesstaschen nur Gegen Pfand, Zimmercleanung am Nachmittag, etc die dem Preis nicht gerecht werden.

Rundherum empfehlenswertes 4-Stern-Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer mit viel Platz, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr. Das Abendessen war in der Halbpension inkludiert: gute Menüauswahl, umfangreiches Salatbuffet und freundliches Service. Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und tw. Für Adults-only - sehr entspannend und ruhig. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt zum Lift und ins Ortszentrum. Alles in allem: Preis-Leistung ist top! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: nachdem unser Zimmer im 1. Stock lag, wären Gardinen an den Fenstern fein, damit das Zimmer von außen nicht so einsichtig ist.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen, sehr schöne Zimmer. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Cons:

Keine Kritik nur Anregung:
- Für Kinder ist keine Nachspeise im Abendessen (HP) inkludiert - am Buffet fanden wir auch keine. Über irgendwas Kleines hätte sich mein Sohn sicher gefreut.
- Der uns zugewiesene Ecktisch war etwas eng. Wir saßen quasi zusammen mit einer anderen Familie.
- Wir hätten gerne noch etwas bestellt nach dem Essen. Leider kam niemand und dem Kellner nachzuschreien war mir auch unangenehm.
