Cons:

They charged me USD 150 at check-in and have not refunded it. I sent them a letter, but they never answered. I had repaid the room in full before arrival. This was some deposit? Left the room clean and in goo shape.

Convenient and clean, but budget quality amenities.
Pros:

The room was very quiet and the staff was very pleasant. The room was clean. However, don’t think that because you are paying more than $500 per night, you are staying in a luxury hotel. The lack of amenities make it feel more like a budget enterprise. Room is small, despite description on the Booking site, the coffee in the room is sub-par, there is no microwave, the towels and toilet paper are thin and sandpaper-like, and the soaps, etc., are of the lowest quality. Oh, and there is no free breakfast or anything of the sort. The location is great. I just expected a little better for the price. Silly me.

Cons:

See above

Great location
Pros:

The front desk clerk was helpful and nice. The location was great. Just a 5 minute walk to Broadway, which has all of the honky tonk bars and good restaurants

Cons:

The parking was confusing and inconvenient. It's valet only (and too expensive). There's no sufficient space to park and check in at the front desk (which is not on the ground floor--you have to take an elevator). If there are several parties needing to check in, you'll have to wait on the street to pull into the driveway until the car in front of you is pulled forward or parked.

Pros:

Great location. Easy walk to Broadway. Clean and stylish.

Cons:

Did not advise that parking is not included with the room, and the valet fee was unexpectedly high. Had to pay for parking elsewhere.
