The hotel itself was nice and the rooms were taken care of and clean

Cons:

The pool area is small and guests seem to like to show up early in the morning and Reserve chairs for the afternoon. The one bartender, I think his name was Kevin, he would charge different prices depending on who went up and paid cash for a drink.

Nice location, lacking customer service.
Pros:

The property is centrally located and very clean. The rooms are nicely acquainted.

Cons:

Parking at this hotel is $57 per night, per car. We didn't know this prior to our stay. I anticipated a parking fee, but this was steep and not well advertised. My husband injured himself the day prior and could hardly walk the morning of check out. I couldn't figure out how to use the room phone to reach the front desk, so I walked down and asked if they have a wheelchair on site that we could use to transport him from our room on the 15th floor to our car at the valet. The front desk agent said, "I'm not sure if we have one, but if we do, I'll ask someone to bring it up" We waited but never heard back from anyone so he rallied and we left.

Greta location and rooms but no atmosphere.
Pros:

The size of the room and bathroom was excellent and location to all areas of interest was brilliant

Cons:

The staff were not very pleasant and bar staff were actually quite rude with no interpersonal skills. Everywhere else we visited ie restaurants and bars we were greeted by it’s a big hello and questions about where we were from etc but not in our hotel! The cleaning staff had to be reminded to leave basics like toilet roll and clean towels as the rooms were not cleaned daily.
