It was great. I would definitely pick this hotel the next time I go to Dallas again.
Pros:

Front desk was great. The valet guy, I believe his name was Stacy, was exceptionally friendly and just a really great guy. The breakfast was good. And I loved the shower! Great water pressure! Loved sitting out on the terrace. Enjoyed being out there at night overlooking the city.

Cons:

The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. The bathroom got too steamy and warm and I didn’t even have the water real hot. Sweated while I applying lotion afterwards. Also, an outdoor pool would have been nice.

Would highly recommend!
Pros:

Large room and bathroom, amazing shower, comfortable beds, big windows and great lighting. We had a really comfortable stay here. Would happily come back when visiting our friends in Dallas.

The stay was amazing I wish I could stay longer.
Pros:

Walking distance to everything. The stores, sight seeing, and the Katy trail.

Cons:

The amenities for example the laundry should be free to each room. I believe it should be.

This was a hotel that was perfect more than flawed
Pros:

The beds, the decor and modern look, the rooftop bar was such a vibe!! We had a room with the terrace, which gave us a great view. And the staff was great

Cons:

The master light switch controlled all the lights in the room, so we didn’t know how to turn on the light for the bathroom in the middle of the night without turning all the lights on

Pros:

Property and room were very nice. Honestly had zero complaints at all! Surrounding area was walkable and safe, with shops and restaurants within a few blocks. Close to Katy trail, a busy path for walkers and runners. Highly recommend!

Nice stay, great hotel, excellent front desk and manager
Pros:

I checked in on my birthday and the lovely ladies at the front desk and managing the hotel sent up a slice of birthday cake. It was so kind as I was staying close to my office for some meetings the next day.

I had everything I needed during my stay: they left bottles of water in the room, there were also a few bottles available for purchase in my room. They also stock your room with a glass water bottle and glasses and you can refill them in the hallway. Your room has a mini fridge and there is plenty of space for your clothing and toiletries. The valet took good care of my car. I did not order any food. Great stay I would consider staying here again.
