Great stay and amazing staff
Pros:

Great hotel, staff were so lovely and the breakfast and facilities available were just what we needed. Staff were so friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Had a slight issue with an alarm in the room that went off one morning, but the staff were so prompt and quick to compensate us with free breakfast I really can't complain, the team were great

It was great. I would definitely pick this hotel the next time I go to Dallas again.
Pros:

Front desk was great. The valet guy, I believe his name was Stacy, was exceptionally friendly and just a really great guy. The breakfast was good. And I loved the shower! Great water pressure! Loved sitting out on the terrace. Enjoyed being out there at night overlooking the city.

Cons:

The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. The bathroom got too steamy and warm and I didn’t even have the water real hot. Sweated while I applying lotion afterwards. Also, an outdoor pool would have been nice.

Would highly recommend!
Pros:

Large room and bathroom, amazing shower, comfortable beds, big windows and great lighting. We had a really comfortable stay here. Would happily come back when visiting our friends in Dallas.

The stay was amazing I wish I could stay longer.
Pros:

Walking distance to everything. The stores, sight seeing, and the Katy trail.

Cons:

The amenities for example the laundry should be free to each room. I believe it should be.

This was a hotel that was perfect more than flawed
Pros:

The beds, the decor and modern look, the rooftop bar was such a vibe!! We had a room with the terrace, which gave us a great view. And the staff was great

Cons:

The master light switch controlled all the lights in the room, so we didn’t know how to turn on the light for the bathroom in the middle of the night without turning all the lights on
