Five Stars Isn't Enough! An Incredible Experience from Start to Finish

Although this review is long overdue, I could not let more time pass without recognizing the incredible experience our family and guests had at the Canopy by Hilton Dallas during my daughter's quinceañera celebration last September.

From the moment you arrive, this hotel sets itself apart. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care shown by the staff is truly exceptional. A special shout-out to Stacy at valet, who welcomed everyone with a smile and made every arrival and departure feel effortless. It's people like him who create a memorable guest experience.

We selected the Canopy as our host hotel for out-of-town family and friends, and it exceeded every expectation. Nathan, who handled our group accommodations, was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the planning process. He was responsive, professional, accommodating, and helped ensure everything ran smoothly for our guests.

The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that make guests feel special. From the welcoming charcuterie boards and wine to the wonderful amenities and high-quality toiletries, every detail reflects the hotel's commitment to hospitality. And I would be remiss not to mention the cozy Canopy socks—a small touch that became a favorite among our family and guests!

One of the true gems of the property is the rooftop restaurant and bar. The views of the Dallas skyline are simply stunning and provided the perfect gathering spot for our family throughout the weekend. Whether enjoying a cocktail, a meal, or simply taking in the scenery, it's an experience that shouldn't be missed.

Planning a major family celebration can be stressful, but the Canopy team made our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated from start to finish. Many of our family members still talk about how much they enjoyed their stay months later.

We had a wonderful stay at the Canopy by Hilton Cape Town Longkloof. The staff was exceptional from start to finish, and their attentiveness truly stood out. Everyone made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay.

The breakfast was delicious each morning, with plenty of options and excellent service. What impressed me most, however, was the honesty and dedication of the team. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left behind a necklace. When I called the next day, the staff quickly located it and safely held it for me until I could return to collect it.

I would especially like to recognize Ukita, Karabo, and Letsepa, who all went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made our visit even more memorable.

Thank you to the entire Canopy team for such a great experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cape Town.

Kurzaufenthalt Dallas
Pros:

Lage war sehr gut und ruhig im Westvillage. Schöne große Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten.
Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick und sehr gutem Service am Abend.
Insgesamt schönes unkompliziertes Hotelambiente.

Great stay and amazing staff
Pros:

Great hotel, staff were so lovely and the breakfast and facilities available were just what we needed. Staff were so friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Had a slight issue with an alarm in the room that went off one morning, but the staff were so prompt and quick to compensate us with free breakfast I really can't complain, the team were great
