Pros:

Could not find the hotel in sochi.....They never answer the phone when i call....had to stay in another hotel

Pros:

One of the beds in the triple room was highly uncomfortable, we also had to pay extra for 3 in a triple room rather than 2 in a triple room.
Room got very warm so sometimes uncomfortable
Price was great and due to very cheap taxis, location not as big an issue as it would normally be

Pros:

Staff are friendly

Close to Railway Station and Buses

To far from Beaches or the Stadium.

No airconditioning. Rooms way to hot during the summer. This is s major set back as the rooms get extremely hot in Summer. Guests were checking out and moving to other hotels due to this issue.

Beds are not comfortable and should be replaced and that includes The mattress.

Shower and Toilet okay. Plenty of hot water.

General impression is this hotel was probably built for the Sochi Winter Olympics but never finished.

No coffee or tea facilities and no table or chairs in rooms.

WiFi is only accessible in the common area downstairs.

It has guest laundry facilities if you can get to the machines before the house maids do to wash the towels and linen.

Common kitchen facilities which are ok.

Common new large fridges as no fridges in rooms are located in the common area.

Personally I would give it a 1x Star rating.

Was not value for the money paid. As we could have gotten much better value elsewhere.

Would not recommend during the summer months as just to uncomfortable in the hot rooms.

Nice hotel close to Fisht Stadium
Pros:

It’s the perfect hotel to stay at if you’re not looking for something luxurious, this hotel does the job. It’s clean, hotel staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious. The only thing is that cab drivers for some reason have a bit of difficulty finding the hotel. But I would definitely stay again.

Great Location
Pros:

This Hostel Offers Value for a small Budget. The staff were very accomodating especially as we added days at the last moment.
The collected us from the airport.
The Location was excellent, close to the Main road to be able tp pick up Buses and taxis.It is a 20min walk to the Olympic park, and 10 mis from the train station.
