Супер отель. Лучшие номера, завтраки, термальная зона, а вид из номера и размер номера просто впечатляют! Также шикарны и ужины. На завтрак икра и шампанское. Бесплатная парковка для постояльцев. Удобное расположение. Вообщем лучший отель.

Большое спасибо отелю за прекрасный отдых. Приживали с семьей с 2мя детьми. Номер очень комфортный, светлый, просторный
. Все удобно и продумано. Отличная зона спа, где проводили вечера. Из номера шикарный вид на озеро, стильная терраса.
Завтраки очень вкусные, разнообразный шведский стол, очень качественные продукты.
Мы остались очень довольны, спасибо.

Pros:

Отель на твердые 5 звезд. Шикарные завтраки. Номер был на 2 этаже и он конечно имел не самый хороший вид из окна - на детскую площадку. При регистрации сказали, что все остальные номера заняты и выше нас заселить не могут. В остальном превосходный отель. Очень современный и просторный номер люкс. Отличный SPA комплекс. Финтес-центр с современными тренажерами. Всем рекомендую себя побаловать пребыванием в этом отеле.

Прекрасный вид из всех номеров, кроме 2 этажа. Тихо, очень чисто. Отличное месторасположение.
Из недостатков -
не хватает централизованной вентиляции/кондиционирования. Соответственно, приходится открывать окна. Одинокий обычный кондиционер при входе не всегда справляется с охлаждением номера с площадью 100 кв.м.+.
И, естественно, не снабжает помещение свежим вощдухом

Очень хороший отель, завтрак, spa. Точно лучший в городе. Вежливый и приветливый персонал. Красивый вид из окна. Номер просторный, удобный. Только нигде нет расчесок ни в номере, ни в spa)

Nice spacious hotel room
Pros:

The hotel room was luxurious and spacious but lacks attention to details and the hotel service is nothing to write home about. It looked like the restaurant, the room service, the Spa are all separate entities, and the worst part was the elevator which is mainly used by the hotel employees and workers and had always a BO Odor ...they should have an elevator for the employees and the guests should have the priority for using it.

Best hotel in Kaliningrad

I am American and I have spent a lot of time in Russia and I can honestly say this is one of my favorite hotels. The staff is amazing, the rooms are great, and the location is nice.
