Well situated in a cyclist's paradise
Pros:

Well positioned, quiet, clean, modern facilities, a good deal of space in the property; coffee capsules were offered.

Cons:

Floor tiles were not fixed to the floor completely and could be seen as a tripping hazard.

Appartamento in una zona centrale di Padova, un po’ da rivedere.
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una zona centrale di Padova, non lontana da un parcheggio, da un bel parco, e dalla chiesa degli Eremitani. L’appartamento sarebbe anche carino e confortevole, con qualche riserva.
La ragazza che ci ha accolto, è stata davvero carina e gentile.

Cons:

Ci sono 4 cose che penalizzano la mia valutazione. Da una parte c’è la questione che per arrivare ai piani superiori non c’è l’ascensore; anche se per me questo non è un problema…ma sono cose da tenere conto.
Dall’altra, a me è stato assegnato l’appartamento nº 5. Il pavimento fatto di parquet non era nelle condizioni ottimali, ma pazienza…
Ma la cosa invece davvero penalizzante, è che gli infissi avrebbero dovuto essere insonorizzati; mentre il balcone della camera non era possibile chiuderlo alla perfezione, e si sentivano gli schiamazzi delle persona che stavano di sotto, compromettendo il buon riposo.
La lavatrice in dotazione era guasta. A noi non serviva… è forse il motivo per cui l’appartamento è costato un po’ meno?

Я б зупинилась ще раз неодмінно
Pros:

Помешкання чисте, є все обхідне приладдя на кухні, дуже затишні апартаменти . Сподобалось що є все не обхідне.

Cons:

Не сподобалось одне - немає підковдри на ковдрі, тільки простирадла і плед, було не дуже зручно, тим більше небула впевненна що плед після кожного відвідувача перуть .

Pros:

Struttura vicina alla Cappella degli Scrovegni e a 5/10 minuti da Piazza delle Erbe. L'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato era grande,pulito e con tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno.

Appartamento nuovo

Cons:

Dal nome residence mi sarei aspettata più attenzione ai servizi. Al check-in ci era stato detto che capsule caffè, acqua, doccia schiuma sarebbero stati riforniti durante il soggiorno ma non è stato così.

Ci siamo trovate benissimo, torneremo sicuramente
Pros:

Stanza molto bella, completamente ristrutturata, a due minuti a piedi dal centro. Il bagno nuovissimo, non me lo aspettavo! personale gentile e disponibile, ci hanno fatto lasciare le valigie anche il giorno successivo dandoci ampissima disponibilità e fiducia.
