Excellent hotel—very clean with friendly and welcoming staff. The spa was relaxing, and the tennis courts were beautiful and well maintained. The property feels very secure and offers stunning views. A wonderful place to stay!

This was, by far, the nicest hotel we stayed at during our two weeks in Greece. The hotel, facilities, landscaping, customer service, exceeded beyond five stars. We will be back again for our next visit.

The Mystras Grand Palace Resort and Spa is a destination in itself. From the cozy rooms, to tennis courts to 2 swimming pools to spa amenities to outstanding Greek cuisine, it offers a wonderful get-away for couples and families. It's location is close to shopping in Sparta and the ruins of the Mystras Castle. If you're in Greece, a must stay is this wonderful resort.

Exceptional accommodations with professional staff. The room was amazing and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate our newborn.

We had a nice stay at Mystras - the staff was very helpful. Very well maintained tennis courts and an adorable tennis coach. Evangelia was very professional and friendly - giving supportive feedback, always with a big smile och her face. We had some trouble with uncomfortable extra bed and the AC, but the staff helped us in the best possible way. Thanks for an nice stay.

Incredible setting in the valley below the magical ruins of Mystras. Beautifully designed, nestled amongst olive trees, this resort captures the essence of its surroundings with class. Beautiful pools, friendly staff and one of the best breakfast buffets anywhere in Europe.

Lovely hotel just a bit too far from Mystras town to be able to walk in. Great pool area but the bar and outdoor restaurant weren’t open yet mid May Our room had a balcony with a nice view but looks like not all have a balcony. Room was very dark, hardly any natural light. Had a beautiful claw footed bath but not allowed to use it as it leaks according to reception. The shower over it was a hand held contraption and had a large step to get into but hard to get out of so not great if you’re older. The restaurant food and staff were very good. Free on site parking, an unusual thing from Greece!

Too many bugs in the room. The room service food is mediocre. We did appreciate the roses and green grass outside.

Excellent food and service. A few small issues but nothing worth mentioning. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay here.

It's an exceptional property. Beyond beautiful. Everything about our stay was perfect, except for the discovery of the complimentary breakfast on our last day.
