Agradable pero al mismo tiempo decepcionante
Pros:

Está frente al mar, la atención al Restaurant es muy buena, personal del aseo muy amable también

NO TIENE PISCINA y se promociona con piscina…
Una de las recepcionista era muy poco amable. Lamentablemente nos tocó una pieza la cual no se parecía en nada la vista que ofrecían las fotos

La posizione e il posto auto rimangono le uniche note positive di questa moderna scampia edificata ad Acciaroli

Il Residence L’Ancora pratica prezzi da hotel 4 stelle senza offrire nemmeno i servizi più elementari. Nessuna attenzione per l’ospite, neppure una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia.
Anche il servizio spiaggia, pur essendo a pagamento, riserva agli ospiti della struttura gli ombrelloni nelle ultime file, spesso a ridosso della spiaggia libera o comunque nelle posizioni meno desiderabili.
Al lido Il Fico Bianco il servizio è praticamente inesistente: sotto l’ombrellone non viene servito nulla e per qualsiasi consumazione bisogna alzarsi e andare al bar. Il problema è che le stesse poche persone devono contemporaneamente gestire bar, pranzo e cena, con il risultato di un servizio confuso, lento e spesso disorganizzato.
La nota più grave resta la ristorazione. Per mia figlia di due anni ho ordinato delle semplici pennette al sugo e mi sono arrivate secche, dure e chiaramente riscaldate. Un piatto che non avrei fatto mangiare a una bambina di quell’età. Un episodio che trasmette un’immagine di scarsa cura nella gestione della cucina e poca attenzione verso il cliente. Il tutto con prezzi di 20-25 euro a portata. Prima delle 8:30 del mattino un caffè rimane un lusso, o tocca andarlo a prendere altrove dato che il bar è chiuso. All’apertura quattro cornetti in croce e dei tramezzini improbabili come da foto.
Sono andato via profondamente deluso. Rapporto qualità-prezzo semplicemente imbarazzante. Mai più.

Ottima posizione a 200 metri dal centro, spiaggia ampia e mare adatto ai bambini. Offre tutte le comodiita' se si hanno bambini piccoli.

There are plenty of charming places to explore around Acciaroli, and the town itself is lovely, with a relaxed and welcoming vibe. I’d really recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful week by the beach.

Cons:

The kitchen was not fully equipped. One downside is that one of the beds is located in the kitchen area, so if you're traveling with more than four people, it can be a bit uncomfortable for those sleeping there.

Pros:

Struttura ottima con spiaggia privata e ristorante al interno, parcheggio coperto, una vera perla per Acciaroli

Cons:

La mancanza della colazione, che abbiamo poi fatto al bar della struttura. Le camere vengono consegnate non prima delle 14:00, facendo così perdere mezza giornata, e il rilascio deve avvenire entro le 10:00, con un’ulteriore giornata persa. Ritengo che, per correttezza nei confronti dei clienti, se la camera viene consegnata alle 14:00, dovrebbe poter essere rilasciata alla stessa ora.
