My room was on the corner and was very noisy. I slept just fine, but it was very loud at all times of the day. People yelling all night.
I really wished the private hot tub would have been working, is this is the reason i decided to stay here.

This hotel seem like they were annoyed with me and my husband being there. They treated us a bit different from other travelers. They gave us the room with terrible view and the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. Then we had no water for a couple hours. They didn’t clean our room in a timely manner the over all stay was not ideal however we made it work.
Great affordable hotel, close to everything in walking distance. Boca grande beach, 5 min. Make sure hot water shower is working, lol. Thanks

I cant say enough about the excellent staff and workers here at the Hotel ZiOne Luxury. Just the moment you walk in the staff greets you with a warm reception. The bell attendees are at your service and the management staff starting with Yina is top notch and huge shout out to her! I had to rebook a stay there and she made it happen on short notice! She is awesome and I cannot thank her enough. The rooms are nice and comfy and the breakfast buffet is fresh and is filling. The rooftop pool views are perfect and the bar drinks are perfect. And the pool water is the perfec temperature.Every time I come to Cartagena which is often for work and fun this is my place to stay and its right around everything you need from the mall to the 24 hour market and the local feel.

My room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing! Great shower and jacuzzi. I will definitely stay with them again. Oh, and the breakfast was good!

Amazing Area and Staff
Excelent
The hotel is nice but not "luxury". Single king bed room is very small. Bed was comfortable. No hot water, it was barely warm. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The free breakfast featured local foods and beverages which were very good. Rooftop Pool area was nice. Sitting area in front of building is very nice and always clean. Overall, it's nice but a little pricey.
