We would like to know who gave the high ratings to this property that needs a total renovation and overhauling.

The room was supposedly a premium room that we had to pay 10€ extra. Then, they told us that it was 10€ extra per night (40€). We ended up to pay 20€ extra. The bathroom wooden door was swollen from the water. We had to ask for more amenities and to change the towels. Breakfast was poorly. It was not worth 100€ per night.

It doesn't look anything even close to the photos on the page. Definitely reconsider if you plan on staying.

When I tried to check in and select a room, the receptionist informed me that their card reader was broken. Despite having a $100 bill in my hand, he refused my payment, claiming they didn’t have change. He instructed me to go out and withdraw Egyptian bills from an ATM nearby to complete the transaction.

To make matters worse, the hotel, located in the heart of a noisy and dirty market, was plagued by incessant outside noises that persisted even after midnight, keeping me awake until 2 am. This hotel clearly prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, as evidenced by its poor amenities and unreliable internet connection that failed every five minutes.

Don’t request a hotel airport taxi here; it’s quite costly. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment.

The hotel was clean, modern, reasonably priced and close to some great restaurants. The location for us was perfect as a stopover to downtown

Very clean room & bathroom, very friendly stuff & great location (safe and quiet area, plus it has a lots of stores and eating places nearby). The breakfast area and the drinking lounge are the best when you travel by group and you want to enjoy some quality time all togheter.

All is very nice and clean. Staff is very nice and ut is very quiet. Having tea, coffee and water included in the price is great.

The room was new/modern. The beds including the fold away were really comfortable and the room had block out curtains so the room was dark which was great. Very easy to (free) park if travelling with a car. Great hotel would def stay again.
