Good for price. Excellent staff. Food very good value.
No ground floor rooms nor lift.
Bedroom doors impossible to close quietly.
Hotel was very clean, staff were great
Food wasn't great
The staff were extremely helpful
It was in a good location for the party we were attending
Iwasis very neglected in the room and the corridors. Our room had a distinct slope in the floor, so that the bathroom door didn't close, curtians in rhe bathroom were hanging off fhe rail and useless. Nowhere to hang towels up to dry.
I asked for a quiet room. We were given a room overlooking the exit to the bar area. Loud music carried up to our room until midnight followed by loud patrons outside the bar, and the bathroom was lit up oike a disco.
Der Barkeeper Diogo war sehr nett und hat sehr leckere Cocktails gemacht. Er ist sehr gesprächig
The town was nice, the hotel staff (2) that we interacted with were pleasant.
Absolutely no sound proofing, the room smelled of wee, assuming it originated from the en suite, which looked relatively new. The upstairs guests were so noisy I thought they were coming through the ceiling, there was a scurrying noise, which we worked out that they too must have had a dilapidated sliding bathroom door too. Now the breakfast:🤣
£12 or £13, it was absolutely rank. You don’t help yourself to the cooked breakfast which is fine as it’s cooked to order??? I’m absolutely not sure what was going on with the fried egg, the outter part of the white was cream coloured🤮, nope, wasn’t touching that, ate the germs coz they weren’t cooked in the same pan as everything else.
Watch for the toaster, some eejit had turned it down so other foreign guests kept putting it back in,, so there was a wait. The end.
Large rooms, comfortable beds
Breakfast N/A. Location was good and overall the hotel was very presentable
The bed was very uncomfortable and disappointing considering everything else exceeded expectations based on the price point
Location
Overpriced for the quality of the rooms.
A member of staff continuously flirted with me and made me feel uncomfortable
The room was massive even though we had booked the small double room. Friendly staff. Check in straight forward. Breakfast was lovely.
We had a meal in the restaurant. My pasta was absolutely delicious, but my husband didn’t care for his fish and chips, poor quality of fish and his chips were brick hard. He did say to staff who advised they would pass on the comment to the chef.
They cancelled my booking the same day as I was checking in,1 of the busiest days of the year with the Black Isle’s show next day,I tried to find other accommodation but they were all booked,so had to stay with friends
