Pros:

Nuit d’étape entre notre vol tardif et départ en croisière le lendemain matin, l’hôtel est central et propose un rapport qualité prix correct. Literie confortable et chambre spacieuse.

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal.

Hôtel bien situé mais expérience globalement décevante.

Nous avons réservé une excursion pour un temple via l’hôtel : les tarifs étaient nettement plus chers que ceux proposés ailleurs, et la personne qui nous a conduits en bateau était très désagréable, ce qui a gâché l’expérience.

L’hôtel est vétuste et en travaux. Le dernier étage était en rénovation, donc la piscine était fermée sans que cela soit clairement indiqué avant la reservation. Nous avons également été réveillés à 7h30 par le bruit des travaux juste au-dessus de notre chambre.

Le petit déjeuner est varié mais la qualité des produits reste moyenne.

Dans l’ensemble, le séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

性价比很高，工作人员很好
Pros:

位置非常方便，三人间很宽敞，阳台可以看到尼罗河风光，隔音很好，晚上很安静。早餐也还不错。尤其要重点表扬的是酒店的保洁员，我有一天把钱包落在酒店，不但一分钱没丢，还被端端正正摆好在最醒目的地方，怕我再次忘记，非常感谢。

Court séjour d’une nuit, je ne le serais pas vue rester plus longtemps
Pros:

Juste pour une nuit- grand balcon avec vue sur le Nil, un peu en retrait de la corniche donc pas trop bruyant (en tout cas pour notre chambre car certaines sont plus proches de la route)

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner pas terrible, l’amabilité du personnel (surtout au petit déjeuner). Mais une expérience ne fait pas l’autre

2/21中午抵达，已经可以入住了，休息片刻出门问了下工作人员要换钱去了出门左转cib，结果放进去四张50美元就出来3张吃了一张50美元，情急之下找了酒店大堂经理matina过来电话19666客服沟通，在atm机器这边耗了一个多小时，后来cib客服联系了我们，大堂经理也留了我们护照及身份信息，希望能把钱追回来吧，小小的插曲，打乱了一些节奏，但是有一说一，酒店位置ok，服务也蛮好的，住了两晚上，隔天打包的早餐也挺丰富，房间够大，算是性价比比较ok的一家了

Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff members. Nice location. The hotel arranged the car for us to visit Abu Simbel, I would expect a vehicle in better condition but the driver was very helpful and nice.

工作人员热情，对于我们会在早晨3:00就退房去机场赶飞机，主动提出可以将我们的早餐打包让我们带走，早餐袋里足足有两盒各式面包，奶酪果酱，还有香蕉和盒装果汁，很贴心。我们订得三人房，感觉房间像是重新装修过挺干净整洁。性价比不错，会推荐朋友入住
