Pros:

The room was reasonably good.The main door was not aligned and one could peep into my room from the passage !

Not too clean. Bathroom so bad. Water is coming by intermittent jet and warm / cold. Breakfast is just food, not breakfast. It says 4 stars, I'll put 1.

Great experience, hotel staff great & easy to find from station.
Pros:

Great location on the Nile, easy to get our cruise. Comfortable & good restaurant. Staff excellent, Martina & other receptionist helped sort out our cruise, wonderful service.

Hotel bien placé au centre ville pour 1 ou 2 nuits.
Bon petit déjeuner copieux.
Personnel sympa.

Juste une remarque:
Au dernier étage il manque une rambarde de sécurité aux escaliers.....extrêmement dangereux pour des enfants sans surveillance qui peuvent faire une chute de 6 étages...

Good one-night stay
Pros:

The staff was very nice. I got in the hotel pretty late due to my flight delay. They still tried to prepare my preordered dinner and brought it to my room. They also upgraded my room, and the view of Nile from the room is great!
