Pros:

The Hotel is beautiful, clean, and the best is the all people working there, I went to celebrate my mother’s birthday, she’s in wheelchair and she was available to go in the boat, because they helped.. Erika from the restaurant and Elmer from de special diner make inolvidable our stay. The masajes are very knowledgeable about Terapy Massaje, don’t miss that.
And all Recepcion workers are very good trying to solve the problems and make you stay enjoyable.
Five stars for them
3 starts for the manager or owner the hotel, because with the stay will de included an hour of sauna and paddle, like another hotel’s around the world offers, just we can use the pool , gym and the room for games while the offer different packages for a full day to enjoy a hotel they include different activities.
In that case I will recommend take the full day package and enjoy the wonderful attendance of the workers and more activities for less price.

Pros:

The property is good everything was good with the exception of two things. Two things that I did not like it at this property was the breakfast and the payment method for the restaurant. The breakfast was very poor, only few things to choose and not too many options. The administration supposed to train their restaurant employees, that not all the guests at the hotel are Peruvians. The waitress keep asking me for my DNI (Peruvian identification card) in order to make the bill for the food, it was annoying.

Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito, así como las instalaciones. Lo único que faltaría sería poner Hubs (repetidores) para que el WiFi llegue a las habitaciones más lejanas (vista al jardín)
