Nice facility with poor soundproofing
Pros:

The staff and facilities were nice.

Cons:

The soundproofing in the hotel is very poor. I could hear almost everything happening in the neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, some guests were talking loudly and making noise until 03:40 in the morning. Even after asking them to quiet down and reporting the issue to reception, the noise continued. As a result, I was unable to get any rest and was effectively forced to “participate” in their party instead of sleeping.

Cons:

Nie podobało mi się, że od samego początku nie działało ogrzewanie, że meble były uszkodzone, z ścianki TV zwisał kabel (nikt nawet nie starał. Się tego ukryć) na dodatek w łazience był robal.

Good value good location close to train
Pros:

Hotel is located 6km from airport, there is train from hotel ( 5 minutes walking distance ) which connects to airport or Krakow city. There is also nice restaurant behind hotel and food was really nice. We stayed only one night so no time to explore

Cons:

The only one thing i didnt like was when we booked it says they have airport shuttle which is not true
