Art Suites Spalena

Nice and cosy appartment with a lot of space including full equipped kitchen.
Very comfy beds and super room service and easy & fast communication with the owner.
Also the security guys at the entrance are super friendly and helpful.
In addition, the location is very central which is convenient if one comes by public transportation / without a car.
I highly recommend this Appartement and will surely book again.

Wonderful place very near all the main attractions. No need to use the car, just walk ot take the tramway in front of the apartment.
Only issue wifi not working but you can live without it...

The apartment was very nice and convenient to much of Prague. We missed that it didn't have air conditioning, so we had to leave the windows open and use the fans due to a heat wave in Prague. With the windows open, the streets were pretty noisy. We should have read the description better

En general todo muy correcto, excepto en el tema de la ventilación, ya que la temperatura dentro del apto. era alta , y no son suficientes los 2 ventiladores que hay. Pero en cuanto al resto, limpieza, decoración, etc .todo muy bien

Very happy big space nice area

It was a fantastic holiday, it feels like home our stay in the apartment, spacious, clean and accomodating staff. Love to be back in Prague and preferably stay on the same apartment.

In our family vacations in Prague (2 adults and 2 kids), we stayed 2 nights in Art Suites Spalena from 13th to 15th June, the location of the apartments is great, just a 5 minutes walk to the metro station Národní trída. Cleaness and the conditions of the apartment were excellent, wifi works fine, etc, we really enjoy it . Also the apartment has heating, but in summer time the apartment realy needs air condition in order to be a 5 stars option.

Air conditioning was not available thus have to open windows to prevent stuffy.
however when windows were open noise from the street below is disturbing.
Reception area at the apartment(Spalena 5) cannot help much as most issues have to be at Spalena 33.
When checking in, the procedure has to be at spalena 33 which later we have to drag our bags to Spalena 5. Troublesome. So is the storage of luggage when checking out.
Toilet bowl is without washing facilities.
Wifi was very slow.

Great apartment, great location! Stayed a few nights and everything was perfect. Lots of space, very clean and extra plus was a washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. The small kitchen area is perfect for self-catering if you don't want to eat out for every meal (we stayed in for breakfasts) and has all the required equipment.

Guests are provided with complimentary bottled water and coffee capsules for the coffee maker - only complaint here is that they were not replenished on the last night of our stay and we had to buy coffee for our last breakfast in the apartment.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from a Tesco for groceries and there are Tram and Metro stations within that 5 minute walk as well.

Charles Bridge is a 15 minute walk with the Castle a further 10.

The apartment itself is very comfortable and we would stay again. Our only complaint was that there was no air conditioning - it was very hot when we stayed. Fans were provided; but leaving the windows open is not an option with the trams running just outside.

The Lemon Leaf restaurant - less than 5 minutes away, offers excellent Thai Food as well!

The apartment is very well furnished and clean. I really loved the kitchen, which included a dishwasher and all necessary cooking tools. The apartment also has a washer and dryer.

My only complaint is that the apartment was very hot and opening the windows at night was not an option because of the frequent (and loud!) trains passing by. If you keep the windows closed (double windows), the noise of the trains is barely heard.
