A convenient option for travelers
Pros:

The hotel was right near the bus station, which was great since I just needed a place to stay the night before taking a bus to Pai in the morning. The check-in staff was very accommodating and friendly. Good location if you need to get up early.

Cons:

There was some misunderstanding about checking in that isn't really listed on their page. They sent me a message saying that I would need to pay extra if I checked in too late, which I understand, but I just told them bluntly "I'm not going to be doing that" and it wasn't mentioned again.

Cheap basic. Close to bus terminal. Its affordable but you could get something closer to town.
Pros:

The room is fine if your out all day and exploring chaing mai.its cheap.

Cons:

The sheets and towels were not worn and sheets are around 50 years old. And there were stains which were already there.

Unbeatable price and the close distance to the bus terminal. Staff was nice. I will stay there again

Location is very close to the bus terminal, just about 2 mins walk.

Cons:

I was charged 100 baht ($3.30 USD) for making a bathmat dirty. It was not a big deal.

For a bus it’s a bust !
Pros:

Any closer to bus terminal 3 and the noise would have been a nuisance, so perfect location for bus travel.

Cons:
