The location was good.

Cons:

This hotel was by far the worst I have seen, our room had black mold on the skirting, hair in the shower (a ball of it). The room was musty and smelled. We requested to change but the offer was a clean, for us to move rooms it was another 75 euros. We had already paid a premium for this hotel which was well above the price of the ‘upgraded’ room, after pointing this out the staff they still insisted that there would be additional charges. We were then told ‘you are third party, deal with them’ we spoke to booking.com who could not get the hotel to move so instead gave us a good will credit. Thank you booking.com

Excellent value for money. The hotel is clean, reasonably priced, and in a great location.
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to the tram and within walking distance of the canals, supermarkets, and cafés. It offers excellent value for money considering its location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The windows do not open, and during my stay the temperature in Amsterdam reached around 40°C. Unfortunately, the central air conditioning was not strong enough to keep the room comfortable.
I also wish the room had a minibar, as it would have been helpful to keep water and fruit cold during such hot weather.

Pros:

The best things about the property is its location. I also liked that it’s clean and the bed was comfortable. My room had adequate space.

Cons:

The lobby had a sterile feel to it and the furniture looked shabby.
The bathroom offers very little privacy as it is frosted glass but you can still see the person in the shower.
The room was a bit dark.

Solo la ubicación

Cons:

La habitación tenía olor a humo, pasamos mala noche porque mi compañera tenía alegrías, pedimos cambio de habitación y solo echaron ambientador.
Por más que pongas el cartel de no molestar, entran todos los días a la habitación y tocan las cosas personales. Y después si falta algo no se hacen cargo. Un día hasta dejaron la puerta abierta.. Miedo e inseguridad. Cosas que uno no quiere sentir cuando está de vacaciones.
No lo recomiendo nada.

מקלחת מצויינת, חדר רחב, עמדת קפה סבירה. צוות נחמד ממש. ממוקם באיזור יפה ממש

קשה להגחע לתחנה מרכזית מהמקום. לפחות שני אןטובוסים וזה בקצה יורדאן אז כם תלכו יש הליכה כל פעם. מכונת חטיפים רק עם מטבעות, המיטות היו שתי מיטות יחיד אז לא ממש יכלתי להתרווח כי זזו כל הזמן. החדר היה בקומה ראשונה אז מי שברחוב ממש מסתכל פנימה אז הוילונות היו סגורים כל הזמן.. החלונות לא נפתחים
