Superb Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent food menu and absolutely delicious, served piping hot. Ideal location to visit Derry's sights. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location - room not boutique

room very small and the restaurant extractor fan outside went from 7am to 10pm - very noisy. could hear it in the restaurant too, sounded like it needed servicing.
common areas a bit worn.

My new favorite hotel!
Pros:

Great location, elevator, beautifully appointed room and bath, special treats at check/in, very comfy mattress and pillows, large shower, robe & slippers (!), wonderful breakfast included, amazing welcoming staff. Way more than I expected for the price!

3rd year staying there and by far the worst felt intimidated by the bouncers and dry blood on the bathroom floor

PAS MAL MAIS PEUT MIEUX FAIRE
Pros:

L’accueil est très agréable avec une coupe de champagne, des petits fours dans la chambre qui est très belle
La literie est top
Pas de parking mais places gratuites dans la rue de l’hôtel de 18h jusqu’à 9h mais après il faut changer sa voiture
Petit déjeuner hyper copieux et savoureux servi à table (pas de self)
Le resto de l’hôtel est très bien aussi

Cons:

On nous a donné une chambre PMR sans nous avertir
Très inconfortable au niveau salle de bain. Douche sans cabine qui n’a jamais fonctionné, lavabo minuscule et très bas. Pas de brosse pour les toilettes.
La réceptionniste ne s’est pas excusé lorsque je lui en ai fait la remarque.
Dans la deuxième chambre à l’autre bout du couloir une odeur nauséabonde.
Ça n’est pas à la hauteur de la catégorie de l’hôtel
