The staff were great, so friendly and very helpful especially Caolin in the bar. Food was really good and the free mimosas at breakfast was a nice touch. Loved everything about the hotel and will be back.

The staff were so attentive and accommodating. I really appreciated the call a couple of days before to confirm details, travel arrangements etc.
They kindly provided us with a couple of glasses of complimentary bubbly during our stay.
The location is also fantastic, very central and easy to navigate from.
We loved the location of the hotel,, so central in the city, close to the walls, bars, restaurants, shops We had a lovely room, looking down Shipquay Street, we could see The Guildhall and the Foyle river. The staff were very helpful, chatty, breakfast was delicious, great selection and served to your table. We wished we had stayed for 2 nights. Lovely quilted toilet rolls. We will definitely be back.

From beginning to end our experience was second to none-staff are amazing, couldn't do enough for us and the hotel was amazing. Room was clean and fresh, lovely glass of bubbly on arrival and all our needs catered for- not one of these corporate places where 1 size fits all, individual needs are catered for and breakfast was cooked to order and set us up for the day

Sure a warm welcome sweet treats in our room with bottle water also hot chocolate tea and coffee. Also a glass or bubbles included and a glass of champagne and orange at breakfast. The breakfast was beautiful. Cereals and hot cooked breakfast are both available if you want. The staff were so nice, nothing was too much trouble. Location was very good, very close to the waterfront. Very good value for money.

When we arrived we were greeted at reception by a lady and gentleman who were very welcoming and fun! We each received a glass of bubbly. There were little biscuits left in the room, together with a personalised welcome letter. The room was comfortable and the hotel was very central. We went to the bar later in the evening, where, a was a girl singing which was lovely. Beautiful breakfast the next morning with all the trimmings and a little glass of mimosa, the staff were lovely, would definitely return.
