Beautiful and very classy hotel. A very relaxing stay. Staff were so amazing. We loved it and will stay again. Great location as well. Breakfast was really substantial.

Breakfast was good ,bacon too dry and tough ,
Staff were lovely , bar staff also very friendly 👌🏼
Had a superior room as an upgrade,it felt to closed in as we were on 3rd floor ,hairs were still in bathroom cabinet drawer and very little shower washes were in the bottles,no shampoo in bottle at all😡
We love Shipquay hotel and have stayed there several times. Location central to all amenities and attractions. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and food was amazing as always..Great choice of menu and staff knowledgeable and attentive. Breakfast is freshly cooked and 10/10.
Very comfortable bed.
This visit we were in a Delux double room on the 3rd floor. This was a disappointment as previous rooms were a high standard and were 'Delux' as described. This room was small with sloped eve ceiling leaving no room for standard wardrobe or full length mirror. Windows looked out onto walled narrow high veranda.
Spotless clean hotel. Staff amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was beautiful and plentifull.
Everything was just perfect for out stay.
Beautiful hotel in very central location. Well appointed rooms with exceptional attention to detail eg glass of fizz on arrival and treats in room. Lovely breakfast and all staff attentive and friendly
Every thing
Excellent… and the staff were extremely helpful, happy and kind..
The restaurant and reception staff were lovely and very helpful.
I would rather not say.
Very friendly staff, great breakfast and made to feel welcome
No complaints
Very friendly staff. The restaurant and the food was excellent.Would highly recommend this hotel.
Very steep hill at the front 😞 not nice when you are not driving.
Central location for the purpose i needed it for clean and friendly quiet also
Rooms were smaller than I expected for the hotel and I thought breakfast was like ypu can pick your own stuff but its a menu although it was nice I have to say but a little more choice of cereal might have been better
Great boutique hotel, with premoum locatiom within the walled city of Derry. Very friendly staff, helpful and full of tips for trips.
Rooms were very clear and enpugh spacious. Breakfast was served at the table and had a good choice.
No private parking, but cheap public one on 5 minutes walk.
The breakfast was good, the room was overall comfortable and warm, location excellent, staff very nice.
I am not convinced by the value for money - the price was high and there wasn't much of a "boutique" or special feel to the hotel and the decor of the room, despite the price point and the "boutique" label. The soap dispensers in our room were both almost empty and came off the walls.
Lovely hotel & centrally located - highly recommended
