I would not stay again in this hotel without significant improvements
Pros:

The hotel location is excellent, and front reception is wonderful. However the hotel room is below our expectation- the Ferryquay is at the end of the aisle which is extremely noisy. And the cleaning room is also next to it, somehow the cleaning crew left that room open for the whole morning- see picture below

Pleasant stay, would stay again.
Pros:

Reception staff very helpful, with prosecco on arrival. Lovely breakfast and bar area really nice.

Cons:

We stayed in the Bond room, feel it could do with an upgrade particularly the bathroom which looked a bit grubby.
Noise from the air con unit outside our window really disturbed our sleep.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Derry!
Pros:

We really loved our stay here. We got an upgrade when we arrived and 2 glasses of Prosecco also. Very nice touch! Our room was very spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in. Lovely modern bathroom and little treats left in the room. Great big breakfast and all the staff were so lovely to deal with! Parking was just up the road too so very ideal!

Pros:

Very centrally located, beautifully decorated and very clean. The only problem was that the room was quite warm and it was hard to get air circulating with a small fan.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff and an amazing location
Pros:

The staff in reception and restaurant were absolutely lovely. Friendly, warm, helpful and down to earth. Food in the evening was great and breakfast was delicious. Location was amazing!

A gorgeous hotel in a great location that provides luxury at a very affordable price
Pros:

A beautiful welcoming hotel in the heart of Derry city. The decor of the hotel is gorgeous and it is exceptionally clean. All staff members are so friendly and helpful. The bedroom was beautiful - a gorgeous king size bed with lovely linen and the freestanding bath added a touch of luxury. The little touches that stood out for us was the welcoming glass of champagne when checking in. The truffles and cookies and bottles of water in our room, the robes and slippers and fresh milk for our tea instead of UHT cartons . The breakfast was delicious and again it was the little extra touches like a glass of mimosa that makes you feel you are in a luxury hotel .

Cons:

Absolutely nothing, everything was fabulous.!!
