Great location, wonderful staff, and beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Great location, easy walk to many local restaurants, parks, local attractions. Staff is super friendly and helpful with recommendations for food and things to see. Very accommodating (restaurant was booked but they allowed us to be seated in their bar to enjoy desserts only) and wonderful breakfast.

Magnificent hotel, staff and food. High levels of cleanliness and the most comfortable spacious beds
Pros:

The staff are absolutely amazing, so attentive, good humoured, professional and could not do enough for us. The food and service is top quality with a wonderful breakfast in bed that exceeded our expectations. Brilliant bar staff who were really good fun.

There is nothing I can really think of, it was all great.

Excellent location and awesome staff
Pros:

The location is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We like our breakfasts. We ate dinner one night at the hotel, and our meals were delicious.

Cons:

Our room (the Argyll Room) is small. There are stains on the carpet. The room could have been cleaner. Our window looked out on to a wall.

Ottima posizione, rapporto qualita' prezzo eccellente. Colazione sia a buffet che a la carte compresa nel prezzo, personale sorridente, professionale e davvero molto cordiale. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto di questo hotel. La vista dalla camera, sulla St. Columbus Cathedral era qualcosa di meraviglioso!!

This is a lovely boutique hotel with great staff in the old city.
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel in the old walled city. Comfortable rooms. Pleasant helpful staff. Shannon was the best! Good breakfast.

Cons:

No parking on site. Busy road with no loading or unloading area for check-in and check-out.

Brilliant Stay at Shipquay
Pros:

We spent 2 nights at the Shipquay. We can honestly say that we had a great stay. It is right in the centre of Derry and we were able to walk to everything. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There were tea coffee and hot chocolate making facilities available in the room with the nice touch of them supplying fresh milk by calling reception. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Lisa who gave us lots of tips on what to do and was always friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was top class. Breakfast was served to your table. There was a great choice and again delicious. We would recommend this hotel

A great boutique hotel in a great location with great staff!
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the Guildhall. The location is old city center within the walls. Walkable to everything. Breakfast and dinner was excellent!

Cons:

Breakfast doesn't start until 8am (we are early risers). Parking is in a public lot that is a few blocks away.
