Pros:

We weren’t notified upon booking or arrival that there was no hot water. Myself and my 3 kids couldn’t find another hotel in the area that late in the day to accommodate. The price and the comfort didn’t match. Unacceptable.

the facility was just a little disappointing, but the staff were terrible
Pros:

room and lobby were clean. room was little small and could tell was an older property. pool and gym were nice and clean

Cons:

staff was rude and not helpful at all. we arrived approximately 0200 were greeted at the door with "what do you want". told to come back after 0300 to be able to check in. when we returned approximately 0345 we were still made to wait to check in and then told we would be charged for the day before. only after asking about an early check in were we allowed to pay and get a room with the additional $30 early check in fee

Pros:

I liked that they were pet friendly. I also liked that they were near a lot of food places.

Cons:

The door to my room did not lock with the deadbolt. The indoor pool had a lot of unknown substances floating around in it. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable so my 4 night stay I left after night 1.

Would stay every time I’m in Garland, if the whole hotel smelled like the room
Pros:

The room itself smelled amazing
Staff was great
Bed and pillows were comfy
Great location

Cons:

Bathroom floor times were cracked, lifting up in spots, missing lots of grout and bouncy.

And the hallways smelled like dirty wet dog!
Lobby smelled weird also
