Atmosphere and the size of the room
No door for the bath room, always open space between shower room and the entrance.
My stay was absolutely wonderful. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive and welcoming, making check-in seamless. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. I am completely satisfied and would give it a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend this place to everyone

The staff was fantastic and really helpful! Breakfast everyday was wonderful - a wide range of choices!
The housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient every day. And a special thanks to Ms. Liang, Director of Sales who went out of her way to greet and speak with me almost every day. She was super helpful!

Excellente hotel
Receives a Great services from Aliza Zhou at the Lounges. Best is when she remember my Name all week Long. Such services is rare and like others, we appreciate the Respect.
One day she help accommodate my Bosses and Seniors as we were looking for a Quiet place for Business Discussion. She was kind to let us in after i ask for her permission. All of use enjoy the Hospitality of Marriot Culture

Unpreposessing building reminded me a bit of Berlin brutalism of the 60s. Room very comfortable. Breakfast, startling amount of choice. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Garden houses some unhappy guinea pigs and birds in cages. Small point: Housekeeping for no reason took a T-shirt and pyjama bottom and tried to charge us about £12 for laundry. When I pointed out I had not asked them to take any items and a bit of an argument they eventually took the charge off the bill. Confusing. Otherwise 4*
Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. Bed was really comfortable and the sheets had a high thread count.
Hotel was crowded due to the local holiday week, so the breakfast hall was packed after 8.30am.
The front desk helped me book a taxi to Baiyun airport, thanks for that.
room goods and staffs very helpful except swimming require wear swimming hat or need to buy one ...but see one of the trainer knows the staff he has exceptional not require wearing.
Very low service.Stuffs are not well trained.
Not good for international traveller.
