Tuve el placer de celebrar mi cumpleaños en el Hyatt y la experiencia fue simplemente memorable.
Desde mi llegada, fui recibida con mucha calidez, profesionalismo y una atención excepcional a los detalles. Los pequeños gestos marcaron la diferencia y convirtieron una fecha ya especial en una celebración aún más significativa.
Las instalaciones son impecables, el ambiente es elegante y acogedor, y el servicio fue extraordinario de principio a fin. Todo el equipo demostró un genuino interés por brindar una experiencia única, siempre con amabilidad, eficiencia y cordialidad.

Stayed at Hyatt Centric San Isidro and had a very positive experience. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and willing to help with any request, which made the stay comfortable and stress free from check in to departure.
The food was another highlight. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and high quality options, and the restaurant meals were well prepared and enjoyable. I loved the carrot and ginger shots. The service team in the restaurant was attentive and welcoming.
The only downside is the size of the swimming pool - the depth rather. It is just above one meeter deep and is not really offering what it could at the roof of that hotel.
The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a good atmosphere. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Lima. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Het ontbijt is fantastisch!! En het rooftop zwembad was echt heerlijk om nog even te verblijven voordat we weer een lange vlucht naar huis zouden hebben.
Toen ik uit bed stapte ging er een ledstrip aan, onder het bed. Ik weet niet of elke kamer dat heeft maar ik vond het niet handig want je bent gelijk wakker.

All the experience was really good. The food and the wine were really good. Rodrigo, Fabrizio and the kitchen chief Manuel gave as an amazing experience. We think we will back soon.

Todo bien con el hotel, el desayuno, si bien lo encontré caro, es bastante bueno, de los mejores que he probado, con muchas variedades. El hotel ubicado en San Isidro, no está cerca de la zona turística de Miraflores, pero nada que un taxi o uber no pueda arreglar. Además que donde se encuentra es un barrio muy tranquilo, y con ofertas gastronómicas muy interesantes cerca de éste.
Creo que el valor del desayuno podría ser menor, estaba algo así como a 22 dolares por persona, si uno se queda 4 o 5 noches, hay que agregar 100 dolares o más, por cada persona que se queda. Imagina una familia de 5.
