The only thing is that the beds were 7/10 comfortable and the linens were relatively clean. Other than that I don't know where to start. The location is good but there was a nightclub right across the street and it was really impossible to sleep because of the loud noise until 02:00. Do not even thing about opening the windows.. Or grab a beer and sit with them..
The building is old so I would recommend not using the elevator. Even the floor was shaking. It took us 10 minutes to open the door when we went up the stairs to the house every time. The key definitely does not work properly, which is a problem. The shower head is also very old, so you have to hold it in your hand as it suddenly turns towards the ceiling while taking a shower. The plaster on the ceiling in the bathroom has always peeled off, probably from humidity. It is a very old house and there are many things that need to be renewed. The price performance is very bad. If I had known we would encounter this, I would definitely have gone to other options because there are many options. I am not someone who looks for comfort, but the noise, the pollution, the old building, the old shower, some of the sockets not working, I mean it wasn’t a good experience.

Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα, ευρύχωρο, πολύ καθαρό , σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο , πολύ κοντά στα πάντα , μετακίνηση πολύ εύκολα με τα πόδια

Il RUMORE del locale sotto casa, sembrava di essere in discoteca, volume altissimo e per entrare nel portone principale era difficile poichè sommerso da ragazzi che rendevano difficile anche aprire la porta. Il locale è di fronte l'ingresso dell'appartamento, ma i ragazzi bloccano l' intera via, nemmeno iltaxi ci ha potuto lasciare davanti il portone.
ASSOLUTAMENTE non adatto ai bambini ma nemmeno per gli adulti, musica altissima in tutta la struttura come essere in discoteca, questa cosa è un problema anche perchè il tutto finisce per le ore 04.00/05.00 della mattina e si svolge dal giovedì al sabato.
Se la scelta dell'appartamento è per vivere la movida allora è perfetto, sei in discoteca da casa, puoi aprire il portone o il balcone e ballare!

Ακριβώς από κάτω μπαράκια με δυνατή μουσική. Αν πας για δουλειά και όχι για διασκέδαση αυτό σε επηρεάζει
Κέντρο Αθήνας...
Απέναντι μπαράκι όλες τις μέρες ασταμάτητα μέχρι τις 4το πρωί... Είσοδος πολυκατοικίας την νύχτα πολύ δύσκολα
Location close to the shops
The load music every night till 3.30am
Owners entering the premises at 1.30am to check the lift whilst I was asleep. Found out about it the next morning from my son. Also finding a kitchen knife in the sink used by the owners to attempt to fix the lift
Loved the space, easy to get in, great location, clean, comfy beds etc
Very noisey at night. Stayed a Saturday night so could be a weekend thing. Felt like the night club was in my room!

The apartment has all of the amenities including air conditioning comfortable beds. They forgot a crib for the baby the first night but we're happy to bring it the next day. The reason for the low review is the very loud nightclub across the street that plays music until 3:00 a.m.
Nice and clean apartment and very good location near shops and attractions.
Bad A/C that didn't work correctly, elevator was narrow, complicated and old but the worst part was the bar opposite, that transforms into a street night club and the music was very loud until 4 o clock in the morning and could not sleep at all.
Not just noisy, it was EXTREMELY noisy, as if the music and people from the bar just across were in our bed! Fortunately we had noise canceler AirPods. Without that, we would not have gone to bed before 4am, every night from Saturday to Tuesday!!!! Simply awful!
Location is great to downtown, but not in terms having a restful night.
