Pros:

We loved that they had a record players and three great lp’s we had never heard before. We also loved the location; right next door to The Majestic theater and within walking distance to some great restaurants. Super quiet, clean and comfy!

Very satisfied with the room and location of the hotel
Pros:

I love the location, several places to go and eat and have a drink, staff was nice and attentive. We love the restroom and the high-quality soaps that were provided in the shower. The room was decorated perfect the fridge and bar area were so classy.

Cons:

Not much to complain about, only thing is, we got there an hour after check-in and it was very busy. Our room wasn’t ready so we had to take a different option room, which was still great, but the TV would not turn on, not sure what the issue was and the record player in the room wasn’t working correctly. It might’ve needed a new needle or something.

Bien, mais rapport qualité / prix peu satisfaisant.
Pros:

Établissement très propre, agréable et vraiment beau. Emplacement idéal en plein centre de Dallas dans un quartier tranquille à proximité des parkings.

Cons:

Nous sommes venus pour notre lune de miel, rapport qualité prix très moyen pour un hôtel quatre étoiles. Équipement très standards, personnel agréable mais rien de notable.
Au global hôtel très agréable, mais le rapport qualité prix est décevant…

Decent hotel; wonderful staff
Pros:

It was close to the venue where the show was that I came to Dallas for. The staff was super friendly & helpful.

Cons:

It was just a regular hotel with regular amenities close to downtown. Nothing about the room itself made it worth the exorbitant price. The location & the staff made it worth the price. I hope they get paid exorbitant wages.

Pros:

The building exterior and interior are beautiful. Staff were great. Room was tidy, clean and spacious for 3 adults with a nice big bathroom.

Cons:

The breakfast included was a drink and muffin/croissant from the cafe in the lobby even though there is a restaurant that serves breakfast. Definitely not worth the additional cost and a bit of a disappointment. There are cafes close walking distance where you could get a better breakfast.

Pros:

The hotel was comfortable and in a good location.
The tram stop is close to the hotel which gets us to the airport.

Cons:

Even though the room was pre-booked, I was still charged for the night and am still waiting on a response from the hotel and booking.com on a refund.
I would have expected better systems in place to manage this so guests aren't charged twice.
I booked my stay 19 Sep, called Renaissance 9 Oct and have still not received a reply on the 24th Oct.

We didn't find the concierge knowledgeable of the area which was disappointing
