الاستقبال مريح و رائعين و بشوشين
تتوفر نقطة شحن للمركبات الكهربائية سريع و بطيئ
لا يوجد اي داعي للذهاب خارج الشاليه لان الاقامة متكاملة من جميع النواحي ،حيث يتوفر 3 برك سباحة ،واحدة منها مخصصة للاطفال
ويتوفر ايضا منطقة لعب مخصصة للاطفال
ويوجد نشاطات على نفس شاطئ الشاليه
المطعم و البوفيه لذيذ جدا ومتعدد الاصناف
نظافة الغرف ممتازة وكل شيء يدل انه شاليه 5 نجوم

لم يتم اخباري ان المنتجع بعيد عن المنطقه / والبوفيه سيء ازعاااج الصباح .. والاكل فيه رائحه غير جيده حتى عندما طلبتهم تغييرر الصنف برضو احضروه وفيه رائحه .. كانت وجبة الغداء والفطور ايضا كان اغلب الاصناف مخلصه وازعاج
