Pros:

Hôtel chaleureux avec un personnel très accueillant.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'aide apportée par le personnel pour optimiser notre séjour dans le Zillertal (indications sur les routes barrées et les randonnées autour, proposition de pique-nique, ...).
La chambre était propre, très spacieuse et bien équipée.
Le parking gratuit est un plus quand on vient en voiture.

Una piacevole pausa dopo tanti km in moto.
Pros:

La gentilezza del personale, che mi ha visto in difficoltà con l'inglese, ma non me lo ha fatto pesare, anzi, ha cercato di aiutarmi a capire. Cena e colazione ottime. Il ragazzo che c'era in sala è stato super gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, in spa c'era un po' troppo caos. Due signori non stavano mai zitti, nemmeno dentro la sauna. C'erano delle famiglie con dei bambini che correvano in giro e facevano un po' di baccano. Non mi danno fastidio i bambini che giocano, ma in una zona dove ci si dovrebbe rilassare, mi sarei aspettato un po' più di rispetto per gli altri.
