El gimnasio muy básico y sucio el piso, pileta excelente estado pero poca atención del personal del bar, falta ambientación musical en el sector, desayuno aceptable, falta una tostadora ya que ofrecen las tostadas frías. En cuanto a variedad es muy bueno.

Cons:

La falta de atención del personal del bar en la pileta, deberían poner un teléfono en la barra para realizar los pedidos, si es q no tienen una persona destinada para el sector.

Nos encantó el Equipo de recreación porque los niños estuvieron muy entretenidos y el personal fue muy amable con todos, disfrutamos mucho la pileta estuvimos en el spa y tambien nos encantó! Muy recomendable

Pros:

Buena atención, rapidez, cómodo, lejos del centro pero cerca ya sea en auto o uber, 15 minutos máximo, buen estacionamiento

Cons:

El spa está bueno pero no me pareció la gran cosa, sacamos turno a las 19 y no aclararon que de 19 a 21 hs se permiten niños, esperábamos más tranquilidad

Buena opción para hospedarse en Villa Carlos Paz.
Pros:

Las dimensiones del hotel, con un gran spa. Las instalaciones modernas. La vista desde la terraza con pileta. Las distintas actividades para niños e incluso adultos.

Cons:

La comida en el comedor podría ser mejor, y durante el desayuno se genera bastante caos ocasionado por la cantidad de gente. Los TV son muy pequeños.

El restaurante excelente, la,atención del personal y las instalaciones!

Cons:

Algunas cosas deberían revisar , tenían un pollo pero el estado era lamentable, la sala de juegos de chicos también le faltaba mantenimiento!, en la habitación el aire ,la heladera y el Internet era bastante deficiente en su funcionamiento! No había pava electrica , y quizas faltaría alguan gentileza en la habitación!

A destacar la atencion del personal!

El desayuno estuvo genial. Variado.

Cons:

No me gusto que no tenga disponible la piscina climatizada para todos los huéspedes en forma gratuita solo abonando. Ademas no esta bien organizado ya que te brindan una hora gratuita del uso de las instalaciones como el hidromasaje, piscina climatizada y saunas pero estaba abarrotado de gente ya que nadie respetaba el horario por ese motivo terminamos yéndonos, parecía una lobera. Por lo que abonas el servicio es malo. Otro motivo es que todo te queda lejos, las cocheras pagas tenes que abrir y cerrar un portón en forma manual el propio huésped, por el valor debería haber alguien que lo haga. La piscina con poca sombra. No cumple con la categoría 4 estrellas.

Pasamos unos días increíbles. El hotel de primera. El personal Super amable. El spa es increíble
Pros:

El personal excelente. El desayuno de primera. Las instalaciones geniales. Súper recomendable. Lo único mejorar un poco la acústica desde la habitación 177 que tiene abajo. El salón de teatro.
