Schönes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial beim Frühstücksservice
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr schönen Lage und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Auch das Bett war bequem und wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut und die Unterkunft eignet sich für einen Aufenthalt in Ohrid.

Cons:

Der Service, insbesondere beim Frühstück, hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Es gab keinen Service am Tisch – Kaffee und weitere Getränke mussten selbst organisiert werden, und das Personal nicht aufmerksam oder hilfsbereit. Gerade bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir uns einen freundlicheren und engagierteren Frühstücksservice gewünscht. Mit einer Verbesserung in diesem Bereich könnte das Hotel das Gästeerlebnis deutlich steigern.

Krásny hotel priamo s výhľadom ma jazero :) chutné raňajky. Dokonca sme sa mohli ubytovať skôr ako bol čas checkin-u. Odporúčam.

Pros:

The staff were very lovely and friendly, always willing to help whenever needed. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also had breakfast, which was delicious and well presented.

Pros:

We booked 2 double rooms with a great view of the lake. The rooms were really clean and spacious. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They gave us a heads-up that on the following morning there was a marathon race and prepared us a lunch box, since we needed to leave before breakfast time to avoid the lockdown due to the race.
