İlgisiz Restaurant personeli.
Pros:

Otel çok güzel Göl kenarında çok temiz.

Cons:

Kahvaltı salonundaki personel ilgisizdi.Kahvemizi aldık.Kahvaltımızı menüden seçip sipariş verdik.50 dakika bekledikten sonra bu kadar sabırlı olmadığımızı farkettik.Sorduğumuzda siparişin içeriye verilmediğini ama az beklersek hazırlanacağını söylediler🤣
Göl turu randevumuz olduğu için kaktık.Ertesi gün ise aynı durum olabileceğini düşündüğümüz için kahvaltı yapmadan otelden ayrıldık.Fakat Otel gerçekten çok güzel.

V opisu sobe je bilo navedeno, da hotel ima svojo parkirišče. Kljub izredno prijaznem osebju, je ta zadeva bila nezagotovljena ker prostor, ki pripada (ali vsaj tako piše)hotelu in je namenjen le gostjem hotela, je bilo uporabljano od lokalnega prebivalstva.
Je pa glede na ceno storitve, ki je pričakujete, nepričakovano.
Drugo, sobe imajo centralno urejen sitem ogrevanja s klimatsko napravo. Problem je ta, da ne morete regulirati temperature, ali date na maksimum, ali sploh ne ogrevate. Ne vem, kako je sploh komu ekonomski ali ekološki interes, da ogreva cesto!?!
Hotel je nov, sem tudi letnico preverila ampak, vsa tekoča, mala popravila, niso niti taknjena ker da zelo slabi utis. Recimo, kar nekaj poškodovane stene v skupnih prostorih.

Fine place if you are a smooker otherwise dont stay there.
Pros:

The location for sure
The nice, helpful kind receptionist doing the daytime, she was good and professional. The clearing lady that took care of my laundry.
The room was perfectly clean and the bed and pillows where great. The room has a good finish and material.

Cons:

1) The flight came in at 0730 to the Orchid airport. But unfortunate you cant you check in before 1400 hour.
2) The have loud music playing Friday and Saturday from 2130- 0100 and even though that my room was in an other part of the hotel. Its keep you up and awake. After a long travel, a with 6 hours with no room, that was not what l needed.
3) SMOKING, the day after the music, you come dowm to the restaurant, where people have been smoking all evening. Its was stinky. And that's the main issue with staying at the SU hotel. The really one place to stay for breackfast, lunch and dinners, is also the smoking area.
4) My room seems to smelt like someone had been smoking there or close by.
5) One afternoon, l came home after a long walk, my keycard did not work, the male receptionist, was nowhere to find, l waited and even tried to call the hotel. He had let the phone stay in the reception. I then had to go asking for him in the restaurant, and he was found outside in the front of the hotel, smoking.
6) The window door to the balcony was difficult to keep 100 closed.
7) l had a chicken burger brought up to my room. Unfortunate the chicken was poorly prepared and l did not eat it.

Nice place in front of the lake
Pros:

Nice hotel on the lakeside. Superior room is spacious enough for two, clean and with a nice view of the lake. There are parking spaces in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is basic, but the coffee was good! Pets are allowed for a fee of 12 euros.

Cons:

Everything was normal.
