It was so incredible that we will return!
Pros:

The breakfast pastries by Vitorio were to die for and different every single day. The staff was attentive and incredibly kind. Room was spectacular and views were amazing! Also, the cooking class held by the hotel was a must do.

Cons:

The only thing that I could possibly think of that could be improved was the bed, it was extremely firm!

Exceptional property and staff! The BEST views of Positano
Pros:

The staff at the property was exceptional. Each and every staff at the property greets you and is very helpful. It has THE BEST view in Positano. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and really clean. We went there to celebrate my husbands birthday, and they put balloons and roses in the room. They even got us a vegan cake according to our diet. If you’re thinking twice about the property…just book it! It is sooooo worth it.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. Maybe one point was that since it was located higher up we had to climb a LOT of stairs to go up and down to the beach.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

The location was ideal and the hotel was very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly they went above and beyond to be helpful and attentive with every request, and the breakfast was really impressive. Highly recommended; I’ll definitely be back.

Un moment inoubliable grâce à Ferdaous du staff.
Pros:

La qualité du service avec un personnel très attentif. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour nous satisfaire. C’etait mon anniversaire et j’ai été choyee !! La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique . Le restaurant Il Capitano sert des mets assez chers mais délicieux.

Cons:

La chambre n’est pas exceptionnelle pour le prix. C’est le service qui prime sur le reste.

Gostei da vista do quarto, das instalações e da gentileza dos funcionários. O café da manhã era bom, diversificado, mas acho que para um hotel 4 estrelas ele poderia ser melhor.

Million dollar views!
Pros:

Only downside was our suite had to functional storage like some hooks to stay organized and shelves in the shower for personal things. Otherwise it was top notch

The hotel is in a perfect location with beautiful sea views, walkable distance to centre of town and in a quieter location. The hotel staff were so welcoming, attentive and friendly. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view. The amenities were plentiful. We had dinner at Il Capitano and it was amazing. Will definitely come back and stay here again

Great views and very nice amenities with hot tub on patio area. Community pool was very small and did not have much of a view. Noise was a bit of a problem at night when the bar was serving just above us.

The room was huge, balcony with partial ocean view. Bed was comfortable, service was impeccable from chech in to check out. The location is perfect, high enough for great views and close enough to shops, restaurants and the beach below.

Absolutely amazing views from the balcony every morning. I could sit all day and watch the boats come and go! Our balcony was not completely private as diners sitting in the dining area can see onto the balcony, but otherwise, a wonderful stay.
