Pros:

Hotel is in the heart of Vienna old town with direct access in central square with all shops,cafe-restaurant around and very close to main attraction points of city like palace,museum etc.
The suite room that stayed was huge,i think the biggest of whatelse could find on the others hotel in the centre and the price was very good.
The staff was very kind and took care for all facilities and also provided us later check out one hour at once upon my request.

Büyülü bir masalda yaşamak gibi
Pros:

Otel Viyana merkezde çok iyi bir yerde konumlanmış. Mozart'ın evinin tam yanında. Otel sizi eski zamanın ruhundaki sıcakla karşılıyor. Odaları çok güzel ve zevkli döşenmiş. Sanki 1940'larda Viyana deneyimi yaşıyorsunuz. Çalışanlar ise çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Mükemmel kelimesi az kalır, bir daha gelsem yine bu rüyada yaşamak isterim.

Pros:

We were so pleased with everything in this hotel. The staff of the reception, of the cafe-restaurant, of the cleaning service and of the place where the brunch was served were all great and helpful. The breakfast had high-quality options and tasty omelets and was always served by pleasant and smiling people. Everything was clean and felt familiar to us.

Historic yet comfortable hotel in the heart of Vienna
Pros:

Hotel rich with history and comfortable rooms. Also the rooms are super soundproofed. I never heard anything from the street or rooms around me. Lovely peace and quiet. It felt very old Vienna. Amazing location (attached to Mozart’s residence).

Cons:

The front desk staff were a bit slow when I was checking in. I think some of the staff might have been new.

It’s classic style and old world charm. It has a fantastic location only a few mins walk to Stefanzplatz and to old town of Vienna - everything is only a short walk away. Later I learnt and saw Mozart’s unpaid bill from when he had stayed in the hotel. So, the hotel and the building is from 1756, if I remember correctly.

Готель в центрі міста з максимально зручним розташуванням та надзвичайним сервісом завдяки ідеальному персоналу
Pros:

Це був неймовірний досвід перебування, який був можливий завдяки всім обставинам: чудове розташування в самому серці Відня і пішій доступності до найкращих памʼяток і шопінгу, історія готеля що сягає в віки, ідеальна чистота та ці пухкі як хмаринки рушники і постіль, в якій спиться надзвичайно спокійно. Проте все це доповнює і не було б можливим вражати й дивувати аби не справді неймовірний персонал. Їх професійність, щирість і готовність допомогти з усім протягом нашого перебування створили справжній затишок далеко від дому і відчуття повного комфорту та гармонії.
