This is a top notch hotel in every sense! Highly recommend it!
Pros:

The hotel is the second oldest in Vienna and the rooms, bar area and dining room reflect the beauty and charm of a stately hotel. It is in a perfect location in the city near the cathedral. Despite its age, the facilities are modern, well preserved and extremely comfortable! The staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating to the needs of guests. Our room was beautiful, quiet, clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower area was wonderful as well. The breakfast included in our room was plentiful and delicious. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it to those traveling to Vienna!

A beautiful, central hotel with excellent service and atmosphere.
Pros:

We were greeted by friendly professional staff who showed us to a beautifully appointed room. Every comfort was provided and it was exceptionally quiet. The bar downstairs was welcoming and relaxing, and breakfast was fresh and varied with excellent service. The location was very central and we were able to walk to most attractions.

Un hôtel de charme et de grande qualité très bien situé.
Pros:

Personnel attentif, chambre confortable avec climatisation efficade, belle salle de bains avec baignoire, très beau petit-déjeuner dans une salle à manger avec une décoration raffinée et une belle vaisselle.

Cons:

Ascenseur en panne les 2e et 3ème jours, chaleur importante dans le couloir et l'escalier.

Comfortable with great location.
Pros:

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The free breakfast was very good. Just steps away from the main square. A/C worked GREAT on 103 degree days.

Cons:

There was only bar food for the evenings. Reviews for dinners were several years old.

המקום נמצא במיקום סופר-מרכזי (מאחורי הבית של מוצרט) כמה מטרים מסטפנפלאץ.
החדר יוקרתי וענק עם בידוד מעולה מרעש (שלא היה) עם ריהוט קלאסי בתוכו עם כל המתקנים.
מיזוג אוויר מעולה.
השירות היה מעל ומעבר מכל צוות המלון - שירות מושלם.
ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת ובאווירה שקטה ומדהימה (וכמובן גם כאן השירות תוך כדי - מושלם).
אחת מחוויות השירות והשהייה הטובות ביותר שהיו לנו.
מחיר מצוין לתמורה ומאוד מומלץ

היה נחמד אם בלובי ובכניסה היה מיזוג (היינו בגל חום ולכן היה יותר מורגש).

Close to centre. Very peaceful quiet hotel.
Exceptionally clean.
Breakfast good.

Cons:

Lack of information on hotel facilities, I.e. no indication if food was available even though there was a restaurant .
