Great if you have a car. Not too far to the center (you can walk). Friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

I had a car and appreciated the underground parking. It's tight though - even with my tiny car. The staff were excellent. The room was pretty good, reasonably clean. The location isn't bad - not too far to walk to the center. Seems pretty safe but there isn't much happening in the immediate area (which I think is good, it was quiet).
I also liked how easy it was to get to since driving in Tunis can be a nightmare. It's just off a major road.

Cons:

People smoke a lot in Tunisia, so there was cigarette smoke at breakfast, in the lobby, and hallways. It didn't bother me in my room though.
