Waste of time trying to recover a never returned jacket

Cons:

We forgot a jacket in the closet in our room, I sent an email to address listed on they website on the same day but it bounced back because their mail is not correct then I sent a message through booking app asking them to recover the jacket that we could pick it up on our return. They replied that everything was fine. Getting there they didn't return the jacket, saying that was never found and the replay sent automatically by booking staff without their knowledge. Definitely avoid this hotel next time.

Pros:

Courteous staff. Clean rooms. Comfy mattress. Decent bathroom. Good breakfast

Cons:

Not enough towels put in rooms. Lots of smoking in the lobby. Whilst the mattress was good the pillows were very large and firm and therefore quite uncomfortable
