Price is very expensive for the quality of the hotel

Not comfortable, not clean plus blanket very thin. its good for one night but not more. Theres noise inside the room the electricity box makes nosie the second time i notice this

Excellent emplacement au centre ville près du Belvédère
Rapport qualité prix au rendez vous
Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité mais reste standard avec peu de choix
Personnel très gentil

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner peut être plus varié
Le personnel du restaurant peut être plus réactif pour nettoyer les tables vides et remplir les plats qui ont été consommés en totalité

Cons:

I lost my phone near the hotel and no one offered to help me when they could have stoped the guy nor make me watch the CCTV footage to get a picture of the guy. The only thing the could tell me was that it a normal occurrence. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone as you might loose your very important thing and they won’t offer any help.

Short stay
Pros:

I stayed there only one night, I arrived quite late so it was not much time to know more about. But it was good room and I was satisfied.
Staff were nice, helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast could be a little better.

Pas de plateaux au p’tit dej
Le monsieur m’a carrément dit que c interdit de prendre un plateau, faut manger sur la table directement comme des chiens ! De plus, ils ont un problème avec l’eau, au p’tit déjeuner, ils donnent jamais, ils te demandent de payer l’eau LOL !

Un séjour calme et agréable, avec une belle énergie et un accueil toujours aussi chaleureux.

Excellente nuit dans cet hôtel ! Dès l'arrivée, on se sent bien accueilli et une belle énergie se dégage de l'endroit. Une mention spéciale pour le personnel, que je connais depuis longtemps et qui garde toujours le même accueil chaleureux et sincere, c'est rare et vraiment appréciable. Le calme est remarquable, j'ai réussi à terminer tout mon travail en un temps record, ce qui ne m'arrive pas souvent en déplacement ! J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la bibliothèque au rez-de-chaussée, un espace chaleureux et inattendu qui ajoute vraiment du charme. Je repars ravie et je recommande sans hésitation. À très bientôt !
