Pros:

Beyond the service the rooms were clean quiet and well-maintained throughout our stay. The front desk team greeted us immediately upon arrival making check-in fast friendly and completely stress free.

Pros:

Hospitality, service on a next level. Better than other hotels I've stayed in Sylhet

Cons:

I didn't like that some customers are rude towards the hotel staff. Hotel staff are amazing ! They deserve some respect. Assalamu walaikum to Uttam bhai and Mamudul bhai
