Great property but some details to improve
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the breakfasts and lunch buffets were wonderful. The property was very clean and had a lovely feel to it. The pool was excellent. It was a good location for us attending a wedding down the road.

Cons:

We booked for 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived at the room the second sofa bed had not been set up and in the end after a few hours we had to call for someone to come and set it up. The sofa bed was not comfortable with a large bar in the middle of it - a mattress topper would have solved the issue.
The resort was aware of my son's coeliac disease but there was very little done to provide options for him at breakfasts and dishes weren't well marked.

Un séjour reposant, agréable à tous points de vues
Pros:

La situation géographique (bus station devant l’établissement permettant les déplacements faciles), l’accueil de l’ensemble du personnel, la propreté, les animations du soir, les repas, le confort de la literie, la situation de notre chambre face a la mer… bref nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux! Nous n’avons rien à redire, plutôt à recommander !!!!

Pros:

This is an extremely well-run hotel with excellent service from all staff. Relaxing atmosphere and excellent beach location. Consistent and high quality. Easily accessible from Chania (about 1 hour).

Das kleine Gartenparadies
Pros:

Schon seit Jahren komme ich immer wieder gerne ins Vantaris Beach Hotel, nur schon wegen der wunderbaren Gartenanlage. Das Personal ist immer so freundlich
und sehr hilfsbereit .Die Zimmer sind etwas klein ,aber sehr gepflegt.
