Fairmount Hotel is the best in Livingstone
Pros:

The breakfast, lunch & dinner were exceptional
The rooms were supper clean and air conditioned
The pool was always clean
Room service was always on time
Our host Allen was super friendly and helpful.

My stay at this historic hotel was truly incredible! I absolutely loved the beautiful blend of old-world charm and modern facilities, which created such a unique and memorable experience. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were simply amazing — always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

I only wish I had stayed longer! This was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my trip, and I look forward to returning again very soon. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Good location; but rest everything is at its worst. Pretty rusty and old

Only the pickup and drop off service

Cons:

Almost everything else. Room is not that clean, mattress was very low quality, and keep shaking while moving. Breakfast is bad, and restaurant took almost 45 mins when i ordered for a classic sandwich

Welcoming, warm habitable hotel to stay in Livingstone.
Pros:

Welcoming receptionists, they were very engaging and willing to assist. We felt at home.
We also had very good and healthy breakfast, they also packed for us breakfast since we had an early flight.
They gave us complementary dinner for two.
We will recommend the hotel to our friends and relatives.
Thank you.

I really cant mention.
when we requested for something they replaced and provided everything we required.
We were satisfied.

Las instalaciones del hotel tienen todo el potencial para ser un buen hotel lo que pasa es que es muy viejo y se quedo en los años 70 , si lo renuevan y modernizan les ira mejor

Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located for us; not far from the Livingston airport, Devil's Pool (Zambia) and the Zimbabwe border. The buffet breakfast had a satisfactory variety of choices. The best feature for us was the helpfulness of Mwiche who was of great help arranging hotel-provided and private taxi service. Without her we would have spent much time trying to figure out how to arrange taxi service at a reasonable price; particularly to cross border into Zimbabwe. Thanks Mwiche!
