New Fairmount Hotel and Casino - very good location to start visiting the Victoria Falls
Pros:

The New Fairmount is located in the center of Livingston and its vicinity to the Victoria Falls; they are easily to be reached by a 10/15 minutes taxi drive if one would like to explore the Falls individually.
The staff is very friendly and supportive, the hotel is a clean place, and the breakfast is a very good one.
Also, Fairmount's location is perfect to explore the town of Livingston withe its shopping facilities and other places to visit, e.g. the Livingston Museum, and the Jewish and Railway Museums are close by.

Cons:

The hotel needs an update, e.g. new furniture and some fresh color to the walls.

Simply outstanding
Pros:

Great staff, super spacious and comfy room (we got a free upgrade), swimming pool and great location right in the city center. You will feel like Mr. Livingstone or Mr. Holub. :) There is a nice market with a lot of hand crafts and souvenirs just a few meters from the hotel. Good breakfast!

The breakfast was great — fresh, well-prepared, and with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. It was the perfect way to start each day.
Dinner, however, was exceptional. The quality of the food, presentation, and flavours were outstanding. Each meal felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully served, making the dining experience memorable.
The staff were equally impressive — professional, warm, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attentiveness and hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rooms did not meet the same standard. Cleanliness needs improvement, as the rooms were not as clean as expected. The beddings felt old and worn, and the towels were in very poor condition — I actually had to purchase my own towels during my stay, which was quite disappointing.
With improvements in housekeeping and room amenities, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience, especially since the food and staff are excellent.

good hotel in the centre of Livingstone
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel in the centre of Livingstone, very close to many shops, banks and offices, the rooms are big and beds are very comfortable, breakfasts are tasty and varies, the staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful and the manager made us fell like at home, if there was an issue he always helped, really nice people

Love it there and always ask for manager Alan! Amazing and friendly fellow.
Pros:

They was able to accommodate me and give me a bigger and better suite without charging me extra. Alan the manager made us feel at home and was always attentive to our needs. He’s amazing!

Would reccomend to anyone thats coming to Livingstone.
Pros:

Loved the room, it was big and clean and everything. The swimmingpool was nice and the location aswell. We had breakfast every morning and is was a 10/10. Both the food and the staff. The location of the hotel was also nice. Its in the city centre but not too much so its not loud and stuff. I would like to give a special shoutout to Alan! He was really helpful and deseveres the best.

Cons:

The only thing i can think about was that the casino was closed. A little message or something would be nice cause the hotel is named casino😅But other than that is was a 10/10.

A great stay closer to most attractions and friend staff
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff, fact that it is closer to most attractions. A gentlemen called Allen went out of his way to ensure myself and family were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and wifi facility.

They could improve on the food, especially on reducing oil and create variety
