The hotel was conveniently located for us; not far from the Livingston airport, Devil's Pool (Zambia) and the Zimbabwe border. The buffet breakfast had a satisfactory variety of choices. The best feature for us was the helpfulness of Mwiche who was of great help arranging hotel-provided and private taxi service. Without her we would have spent much time trying to figure out how to arrange taxi service at a reasonable price; particularly to cross border into Zimbabwe. Thanks Mwiche!

Exceptional hospitality and excellent stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were particularly impressed by the exceptional hospitality of Allan and his team. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to our needs. They often checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated their flexibility and generosity in allowing us a complimentary late check-out at no additional cost. This was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

The hotel's location is also excellent, right at the heart of the city, making it very convenient to access the main attractions, restaurants, and other amenities.

Overall, the combination of the excellent location, comfortable stay, and outstanding service from Allan and his team made our experience very pleasant. We would happily recommend the hotel and look forward to staying there again.

Pros:

Liked that they have transport arrangements to the hotel as it was our first time in Livingstone. Our family room was nice and spacious.

Cons:

Beds was a bit uncomfortable in our family room. It is the mattress quality.

尚可，但是有很大的改善空间
Pros:

地理位置位于Livingstone城市中，周边有各种食品店和购物店较为方便，酒店前台服务人员态度很好，服务十分到位。酒店整体景观不错。

Cons:

酒店许多设施处于修缮状态无法使用。其次是洗手间的配置问题，洗手池水龙头难以操作，洗浴间花洒只出热水，温度非常高，完全没有办法正常沐浴

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig.

Cons:

Der Pool wurde renoviert und war nicht nutzbar. Die ganze Nacht gab es laute Musik aus dem angeschlossenen Casino. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken.

Warm and Wonderful
Pros:

Staff were polite, super helpful and very accommodating even from the planning process. We arrive earlier than regular check in time but they were sure to allow us an early check in. The team was super flexible to give us a late check out as well. Even though a few things were not in place, they made extra effort to ensure we had a comfortable stay and we even got a complimentary meal. Central location and easy to access the town centre and nearby local market.

Cons:

Pool wasn't working, but it was being fixed.

My overall stay was blissful.
Pros:

I liked the staff, they were very kind and helpful. They really gave excellent customer service. I also liked my room it met my expectations.

Cons:

I think the hotel could improve on the hot water supply, i struggled a bit there and the HDMI cable in my room 304 seemed to be faulty, TV had no sound.

Lovely lovely staff and good spacious and comfortable rooms.

We were given a room upgrade by the wonderful staff.
