床很舒適，地理位置方便
隔音不太好
整體而言，飯店硬體設備滿分，無可挑剔，但櫃檯及早餐接待人員在應對與服務溫度上仍有加強空間。
首先，櫃檯人員對於住客汽車進出場的說明不夠明確。當顧客詢問若中途離場該如何駛出時，人員表示需先至繳費機操作，若顯示需繳費再回一樓櫃檯反應。這讓人疑惑，既然入住時已登記車號，其用意為何？雖然最後實際操作繳費機即可順利離場，但若真的需要額外處理，還需顧客自行來回櫃檯，流程上顯得不夠友善。
再者，入住前的停車指引也不清楚。當朋友先至櫃檯詢問尚未辦理入住是否可先停車時，櫃檯僅回覆「停車位是提供給房客使用」。但實際上，顧客本來就需要先停車才能辦理入住，因此應直接引導顧客先將車輛駛入停車場，再上樓辦理 check-in，而非讓顧客自行判斷是否可以暫停路邊或停在前方廣場，造成困擾與不確定性。
另外，早餐接待人員雖然服務流程沒有問題，但表情較為嚴肅，給人的感受較為冷淡，服務溫度仍可再提升。而早餐體驗亦有落差。入住前已於官網查看早餐套餐菜單，並有預先選定想用的餐點，但實際入座後拿到的菜單卻將部分品項直接塗除（例如干貝），且現場人員未事先主動說明，導致顧客在點餐時才發現選項被刪減，無法事先評估或詢問替代方案，體驗上略顯落差。
最後，因個人有小傷口且早上有出血情況，向櫃檯詢問是否提供醫藥箱或藥膏時，人員僅回覆無法提供藥膏。理解相關規範，但一般櫃檯應備有基本醫療箱，且人員當下也未主動關心顧客狀況，這點在服務細節上略顯不足。

全てが最高でした！女子ドミトリーに宿泊しましたが室内の天井も高く広々していて快適でした。至る所にミナペルホネンのファブリックが使用されていて可愛い。すごく快適だったので個室でなくても全然良いです。共用スペースも広く、コーヒーやお茶などのフリードリンクもあります。コーヒーは豆を自分で挽くタイプで豆の種類も4種もありました。シャワーは5つほどあるので時間帯に寄っては混みます。シャンプーもボディーソープも上質なもので、髪がサラサラになるオイルもあり、至れり尽くせりです。夜中までやっている屋内マーケットがすぐ隣にあり、朝ごはんや深夜飯はこちらでいただきました。チマキ屋さんと海鮮お粥やさんがおすすめです。ルームキーをもらう時にガイドブックを貸していただけるのでありがたかったです。
台湾で1番のホステルだと思います！
しいていえば、共用スペースのテーブルにコンセントがほとんどないので延長コードがあれば便利かも。ランドリーもひとつしかないので、すぐ近所にあるコインランドリーに行きました。（ここは洗濯&乾燥が全自動で便利でした）
