Pros:

Snídaně formou švédských stolů. Jako za mně dobrá.

Cons:

Přístup některých pracovníků k hostům. Jinak nic jiného nevytykam

Pros:

Snídaně vynikající. Hodně druhů na výběr, včetně vánočky, koláčků, koblihy....salámy, zelenina, sýry, prostě super. V jídelně možnost oběda i večeřě. přímo v ubytování. Skvělý a milý personál, od recepce, milého číšníka až po milou paní uklízečku. Děkujeme za vše. Nabídli jste maximum, které šlo. krásné prostředí, balkon s krásným výhledem a neskutečný klid.
Bohužel jsme mohli být pouze den.Nestihli jsme vše co by jsme stihnout chtěli. Rádi se vrátíme.

Cons:

Škoda, že není lepší spojení do nedalekých Albrechtic a Jiřetína pod Bukovou. Je zde muzeum a výroby hraček. Určitě by to bylo fajn pro rodiny, které nemají auto, protože ani vlakem to není jednoduché.....V Albrechticích ( sbíhají se dvě vesnice zároveň) je také restaurace Sněženka, kde mají nejen výborné jídlo, ale i skvělý personál. Moc nám chutnalo.

Snídaně vcelku dobré

Cons:

Zklamáním byla rozhodně zavřená restaurace v podvečerních hodinách, nedostupnost personálu na recepci-nemožnost cokoliv řešit, nedostupnost wellnes nebo bowlingu přes všední den. Nebyla možnost si dát večer teplé jídlo nebo třeba jen pivo po výletě.
Celkové zklamání a zkazilo to dojem celého pobytu.
