Very helpfull staff
Prima hotel op doorreis. Ontbijt is heerlijk en erg uitgebreid.
Er was niemand bij de receptie en je moet zelf inchecken op een machine, helaas deed de airco bijna niets, maar dit konden we pas de volgende morgen melden.

This was my second stay. Although I booked the same room as last time, this time I was given one that seemed much smaller than the previous one. So small, in fact, that the bed was pushed up against the wall on one side to make any space at all. This room also seemed to be showing its age, which is strange since the hotel is still so new. The window shutters were broken and hanging crooked, there were disgusting stains on the walls under the nightstand, the floor was scratched, and mold was growing in the shower. Didn’t feel as comfortable as last time.
And then there was the issue with the dog: I brought my small 5kg dog with me. They charged 25€/night for her! That is simply brazen. I have stayed in many hotels where I brought my dog and I have never had to pay more than 35€/stay for her, so 75 is literally insane. Unfortunately, that was probably the last time I booked here—or at least the last time I'll do so when I'm traveling with my dog. Quite the disappointment.

Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung, gutes Bett.
Das Frühstück war eine absolute Katastrophe, die Speisen wurden nicht aufgefüllt, wir mussten 15 Minuten auf Brot oder Brötchen warten.
Nach Nachfrage für Rührei wurde dieses nach einigen Minuten gebracht, leider war dieses völlig ungenießbar weil schlechte Eier verarbeitet wurden.
Leider wurde uns auf Nachfrage der Frühstück Preis nicht erstattet, sondern für den nächsten Aufenthalt nur ein kostenloses Frühstück angeboten.
Wir waren zu fünf Personen und haben auch Beschwerden der anderen Gäste mitbekommen, für uns ist es nicht nachvollziehbar warum man uns den Preis nicht erstattet wird.
