住这家酒店的过程简直就是曲折，预订了酒店又说要没预订上，还让我再预支付房费在入住，然后问题也解决不了，还需要我在中间协商解决，我只是游客，我是来旅游，不是来给你们协商解决问题的，不是应该你们来帮我解决问题吗？你们的业务能力要是服气的
