From the time we checked in we were complaining no hot water however after 1 day only they turned the hotwater on. Ordered tea through room service never received the tea like wise requested additional duvet which never arrived. . No proper food menu available even when we were willing to pay.
Property is not maintained at all. Toilets were not cleaned despite of requests, room not cleaned and Cob webs all around the hotel after we pointed out they tried to clean.
Staff had lack of energy and no enthusiasm. No proper welcome when we arrived. Only positive is that the reception staff Mr Ajith and the lady staff at the reception ( forgot to ask her name) considered our requests for early check in and late check out and upgraded our room. Extremely sad to see such a wonderfully built beautiful hotel doesn’t take any efforts to make the guests come back again

The carpets on the floor were dirty and had not been steam cleaned or even vaccumed before we came

The bedsheets had minor stains

The balcony was dirty and had not been scrubbed for a while

The worst of all the shower was broken when we came and had a build up of white water residue so water was not coming out properly. We got the shower heads changed however there was no hot water. We had to ask repeatedly 3 times to get hot water. When we got hot water it was only boiling hot, there was no balance. While having a hot shower the water would suddenly turn cold.

When we entered the room there was a pungent smell coming from the bathroom. This smell was through out the building too. They did not fix this at all. The smell was so bad we regreted out stay here.

They charged us $150 AUD for a hotek that may look good from the exterior but the rooms were so bad. They should be rated at 3 star hotel.

The room service did not leave any towels after cleaning and no water bottles

The rooms had TVs but no remotes. They didnt have an iron and alot of the basic facilities were not provided.

The birds in caged enclosure although large and spacious, animals are not meant for captivity.

Our first day there, there wasn’t enough food for us to select from during breakfast and this was heavily disappointing as we had paid for the breakfast meals with our stay. The rooms were dirty and the beds were uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff would keep plates outside of the rooms in the hotels and it had rotted causing a stench in the corridor. They had left tea stains in the bathroom sink as they had used the sink to clean the cups they provide.

Furniture is broken , water leaks in toilet and smelly , extremely low variety of food selection for buffet . This is not acceptable for a 5star property.
