Pros:

Eravamo già stati in questa struttura l’anno scorso e ci siamo trovati molto bene, per questo abbiamo deciso di ritornarci. Ha confermato il pensiero che già avevamo. Lo consiglio vivamente perché il personale è disponibile, la struttura è accogliente e molto pulita. Colazione abbondante e molto buona. Le stanze sono molto grandi per gli standard di Amsterdam. Se torneremo, torneremo sicuramente lì

Bon séjour au Chassé Boutique Hôtel
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé (10min en vélo, 15/20min en tramway et 30min à pieds)
Il est possible de louer des vélos directement à la réception.
Le petit déjeuné est très bon et varié.
Le personnel est agréable et accueillant.

Cons:

L’hôtel est quand même assez sonore, nous entendions les autres clients monter et descendre dans l’escalier, les portes qui claquent…
Notre chambre était au dessus de la salle du petit-déjeuner, nous entendions la musique qui était dans la salle, les bruits dans les cuisines et les gens qui parlaient.

La chambre était très propre sauf sous les lits, j’ai eu le malheur de regarder dessous et c’était vraiment très poussiéreux, il y avait des petits bouts de papiers, des cheveux… Heureusement que j’ai vu ça que le matin de notre départ.

Le tramway était à côté mais on a aimé marcher pour rejoindre le centre.

Pros:

Nice, clean hotel located in a very interesting building. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is easy to reach by public transport from the city center or the airport. The room was big, comfortable and with a clean, spacious bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with many options for hot and cold foods and I really enjoyed the breakfast area which was partially overlooking into the inner courtyard.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Muito agradável
Pros:

A localização não era má, zona habitacional, ficava numa zona em que a partir das 20h ou 21h os estabelecimentos, restaurantes, cafés ou supermercados fechavam, no entanto era uma zona calma e agradável.

Cons:

Os lençóis da cama eram curtos, enrolavam-se durante a noite o que se tornava desconfortável. E o ar condicionado deitava muitas vezes frio, nao era muito intuitivo e não tinha instruções.

Location was good, staff was nice but the things but the school next door, thin walls and laundry storage opposite a gue
Pros:

The bathroom was modern. Sink was large. Shower was large and hand good pressure . The room was very large by Europe standards.

Cons:

The hotel is right outside a school. They did not share this information with me. Every morning the noise from the school woke me up. 8am. Children playing outside. They should not charge guests who stay in such rooms the same amount. And there should have been full disclosure.

They also put me a room facing the laundry storage. While still sleeping at 7am, the housekeeping is making such loud noises talking, and bringing out laundry materials. It was a very unpleasant experience
