Pros:

Chouette hôtel situé à plus ou moins 10/15 minutes à pieds de la place Dam. Très bon déjeuner. Personnel très sympathique. Clim dans la chambre.

Cons:

Le matelas était un peu mou.

Cons:

Les chambres ayant pour numéro « 400 » sont à éviter. Pas accessibles pour des personnes qui ont des difficultés avec les escaliers. Elles sont étroites et ne ressemblent en rien aux photos qu’on peut voir pour la mise en avant de l’hôtel. Draps trop petits pour le canapé lit !

Very friendly, smart and comfortable hotel, a short tram ride to the centre & a good stay
Pros:

Reception spacious & simple - smart hotel without being pretentious
Bed was very comfortable
Staff were very helpful & capable
Breakfast was good

Cons:

We booked 3 rooms for a family birthday celebration weekend. We all felt we would like a nightlight & the lamps were too bright to use for this. When you are in a different place & you wake up in the night it’s helpful to be able to see the room.

Great hotel in a lovely area, with shops and cafes near by. And fab for the tram.

Location is excellent. It's in a great area with lots of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants. And the tram is across the street.

Pros:

Veldig fint og stort rom, god frokost. Helt nye madrasser som var helt fantastiske - og herlige puter og dyner. Vi hadde et flott opphold.

Cons:

Utsikten fra rommet var rett i en konteinere eller noe slikt. Ingen lyd men var ikke så pent å se på.

Está ubicado fuera del bullicio del centro de la ciudad, en una zona muy tranquila, a 5 min de una parada de tranvía que te lleva al centro de la ciudad en 10 minutos. La habitación muy bien, con sofá cama i cama matrimonio muy cómodos. El personal muy atento y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno continental genial.... Muy fácil llegar desde el aeropuerto mediante tren i tranvía siguiendo las instrucciones del mismo hotel... Repetiría de nuevo...!!!

Cons:

Realmente no puedo describir nada al respecto. Quizás el estar alejado del centro, pero la tranquilidad i el transporte público te hacen olvidar ese detalle. La verdad es que agradece mucho poder descansar después de un día lleno de visitas y ajetreo con la paz y silencio de la noche...

Pros:

The room was gorgeously decorated. We had the family quarters for a family of five and there was more than enough room. The bedrooms are large, beds are comfortable, and in general very fresh. The breakfast is 100% worth the few exta euro.

Cons:

The bathroom could have had a few more toiletries included (body lotion and conditioner specifically). The bathroom itself was absolutely beautiful, though.

I would recommend this hotel -nice rooms, nice people and nice atmosphere
Pros:

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Some had just been renovated and new. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was in a nice area and it was easy to get to the center of Amsterdam.

Cons:

We were a group with many rooms,
one had older furniture and a bit dusty, but in general all was great !
