We left a day earlier. They promised a refund which we never got!

Does not match the pictures or description at all. First thing you see, when entering hotel is rubbish all over and trash can. There is no restaurant!! Dirty pool and the area.

Pros:

A perfect stay with nothing bad to say! We upgraded our room, and the view was definitely worth it. The breakfast was also lovely with so many different options to choose from. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and supportive once they listened.

Cons:

However, there were delays in responding to requests. Room phone and TV were not functioning always. Location was good, however, the positioning of the hotel was not described as been very hilly and uphill for those with mobility issues. Also, the road was narrow for any vehicle the size of a tuk tuk only to get there.

Spacious and clean room.
Excellent view from dining room.
Small hotel with only 12 rooms. Well decorated.
Relatively new hotel.

Cons:

There was a small pool, water was not that clean, no baby pool.
Little overpriced

湖を望む静かな高台で、猿の親子に出会える宿
Pros:

丘の上に位置しており、仏歯寺までは車ですぐの距離です 。非常に静かで清潔な環境で、特に湖を眺めながらいただく朝食は最高でした！朝、ベランダに猿の親子が現れたのには家族一同癒やされました。スタッフの対応も心地よく、キャンディの喧騒を離れてリラックスしたい方にぴったりです。

Cons:

屋内のプールは少し水温が低く、しっかり泳ぐには冷たかったのが唯一残念でしたが、雰囲気は抜群です。

Las vistas al lago. La habitación súper amplia y el trato del personal

Cons:

El acceso desde el centro de la ciudad subiendo una pequeña colina. Para alguien con problemas de movilidad quizá no sea la mejor opción aunque la zona era súper tranquila. Una cosa compensaba la otra.
