Splendida vista sul lago
Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte con la nostra famiglia di quattro persone, insieme ai nostri due bambini di 8 anni e ci siamo trovati bene.

La posizione della struttura è uno dei suoi principali punti di forza: l'hotel gode di una splendida vista sul lago di Kandy e sul Tempio del Dente di Buddha. Attraverso una comoda scalinata, in pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere il centro della città, rendendo molto semplice visitare le principali attrazioni.

Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Grazie alla loro cortesia, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di soggiornare in una camera con vista sul lago, dalla quale abbiamo potuto ammirare uno splendido tramonto con il Tempio del Dente di Buddha sullo sfondo: un panorama davvero suggestivo e indimenticabile.

La camera era confortevole e la colazione molto varia, con un'ampia scelta sia di specialità tipiche dello Sri Lanka sia di proposte internazionali, adatte a tutti i gusti.

Consigliamo questa struttura a chi desidera visitare Kandy soggiornando in una posizione panoramica, con un'accoglienza calorosa e un servizio attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Overall, the value for money was disappointing
Pros:

Room : spotless with a beautiful view on Kandy lake.

Location : great Kandy is very close by foot.

Cons:

Staff : they wanted us to pay at the check in which is uncommon for a hotel. Also we had a problem with our trip and had to cancel one night, they refused to discuss a reimbursement.

The pool was not as shown in the pictures.

The value for the money was disappointing.

Dobry hotel, ale...
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja przy centrum. Piekny widok z balkonu. Kapitalne sniadanie!!! Krolewskie traktowanie

Cons:

Chlodna woda w basenie. Materac - dostawka - bardzo niewygodny gdyz wlasciwie sklada sie z 2 materacy i laczenie wbija sie w plecy. Personel bardzo mily ale trzeba dlugo czekac na reakcje. Popsuty sejf i deszczownica. Drzwi od balkonu ciezko przesunac. Szkoda ze nie można było kupić w restauracji piwa choć być może przyczyną były obchody nowego Roku

Personalet var ekstremt søde. Dejligt rumligt værelse. Dog skulle vi rigtigt havde haft et standard værelse, som vi også var inde og se. Her var inden vinduer. Men vi fik heldigvis muligheden for at opgradere til en lækkert værelse. Morgenmaden var overvældende. Vi fik Sri Lanka morgenmad, der var så meget mad at vinken spiste 1/4 del og så var vi mætte. Det smagte dejligt og virkelig god service

Kandy desde la colina
Pros:

Modernas instalaciones y habitación para explorar Kandy. La habitación ofrece todas las comodidades, cama muy cómoda y baño con una buena ducha con buena presión. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. El desayuno era tipo buffet con opciones saladas y dulces, esrilanquesas pero también occidentales. Las vistas de la ciudad de Kandy desde aquí son muy bonitas y se ve el recinto del Templo del Diente con total claridad.

Cons:

Para llegar al alojamiento hay que subir una empinada cuesta, aunque no es problema del alojamiento si tienes problemas de movilidad, puede ser un obstáculo.

Great location!
Pros:

The staff were really attentive and the location is excellent. It is up a steep hill which has a couple monkeys. We were allowed change to a lake view room when we arrived.

Cons:

We were the only ones in the hotel at the time which was a bit strange but not their fault given everything going on in the world. The photos aren’t really that accurate - the pool area could do with a clean and revamp.

Pros:

What a lovely hotel, the staff were amazing.
It is perfectly located next to the lake and town.

The view and the monkeys. Very attentive staff. Location.

Cons:

We went in the shoulder season and may have been the only customers. The staff was maybe a little too attentive and felt like we were being watched while having breakfast. Staff were probably just trying to be super nice though, so probably more of an observation than any criticism
