Pros:

Las vistas al lago. La habitación súper amplia y el trato del personal

Cons:

El acceso desde el centro de la ciudad subiendo una pequeña colina. Para alguien con problemas de movilidad quizá no sea la mejor opción aunque la zona era súper tranquila. Una cosa compensaba la otra.

A great place to stay when you visit Kandy
Pros:

The room was such a good size and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast and meal options for dinner, every meal I enjoyed

Hotel molto curato con vista mozzafiato sul lago di Candy e tempio
Pros:

Hotel meraviglioso con una vista mozzafiato sul lago di Candy e sul tempio del dente di Buddha. L’hotel offre tutti i servizi disponibili ed è anche a due passi dal zona del lago nella quale si può andare per fare una bella passeggiata o anche semplicemente per fare un giro nella città, anche perché il resto della zona è molto più caotico, quindi l’ideale è proprio questo.

Cons:

Forse è un po’ scomodo, perché è in una zona in salita rialzata, ma se si arriva tranquillamente in auto o in tu tutto ok è molto comodo.

Great location for boutique hotel with generous breakfasts
Pros:

Very convenient location to Kandy lake, although if walking it’s a steep hill up and down to the town. Large rooms; good generous breakfasts; helpful reception and cleaning staff. It’s a small “boutique” hotel.

Cons:

Location can be tricky for drivers to find. Pool temperature is very cool. Take notice of the signage about monkeys - they won’t trouble you if you keep the doors shut.

L’emplacement était très très bien, la vue depuis le restaurant est magnifique

Lors de notre arrivée le réceptionniste nous annonce que nous avons été surclassé sans notre avis et sans voir notre chambre d’origine. La chambre était en effet, plus grande (mais un lit en plus ne nous était pas nécessaire), mais la vue (pour laquelle nous avions payé) n’était pas la même (moins belle), le sol de la chambre était sale, la douche avait une paroi « réparée » avec une plaque en bois blanche mal fixé le plafond de la salle de bain était jaunâtre. Le câble du sèche cheveux réparé avec du scotch noir (pour un 4 étoiles c’est très moyen). Plusieurs lumières étaient ne fonctionnaient pas. Forte humidité dans la chambre avec une forte odeur de moisi.
Nous sommes allé nous plaindre au réceptionniste qui n’a rien pu faire le soir même car il avait donner notre chambre d’origine avant notre arrivée (encore une fois évidement sans notre avis). Mais il nous a changé de chambre le lendemain pour la chambre que nous devions avoir à l’origine. Celle-là était propre, la salle de bain était belle, la douche fonctionnelle en bref une chambre très correcte avec la vue désirée.

Concernant l’hôtel de manière général, les photos on probablement été Photoshopée, la piscine n’est pas propre (eau trouble), il n’y a pas de vitre en verre depuis la piscine mais un grillage. Les photos de la vue depuis les chambres sont prises depuis le restaurant.

Pros:

Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück mit tollem Blick auf den See. Schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum und am See. Geräumiges Familienzimmer. Super Dusche mit starkem Wasserstrahl (eher selten auf Sri Lanka).

Cons:

Der Pool ist eiskalt und der überdachte Poolbereich lädt nicht gerade zum verweilen ein.

Pros:

Close to the temple. The bed had a proper duvet which was nice as we have missed this during our stay in Sri Lanka.

Cons:

The accommodation is a bit outdated. We had booked a room with no view, we tought there still be windows but no. The receptionist offered us an upgrade to a better room for payment but when we didn’t want to pay for an upgrade he tried haggling. We stayed in our original room which was fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay here again.
