I'm going back next week! It was good
Pros:

Great value for money. Super location. Functioning air con, fridge, kettle. Quality mosquito net. Comfy bed. Attentive staff. Good restaurant.

Cons:

Decor is run down - but hey! For the money it's great. If you want it to be beautiful like the Serena, pay Serena prices. I would have liked brewed coffee for breakfast - Ugandan coffee is superb so let's serve it. On my 2nd day I went round the corner to Endiro Coffee where my cravings were satisfied. And that highlights how fabulous Fang Fang's location is!

Superb
Pros:

The family rooms are really spacious and with a living area. There are mosquito nets on the beds, the room service is quick and free, the staff are very polite and friendly, the healthy plants sorrounding the hotel give a very beautiful, natural view and fresh breeze. The food is served in plenty and it's very tasty.

Cons:

The hot water takes long to get into the showers and the breakfast is limited choice.

Nice hotel but was being charged extra
Pros:

I booked for two people but hotel wanted me to pay extra money for my wife for breakfast. Yet I booked for two people. I refused to pay the extra. I also didn’t get the garden view room which is what I booked for. Other than that the rest was fine.
