The apartment is nice and clean, there is everything needed for the stay. The location is close to the university so it was quite convenient.
The check-in is a bit late, I was initially told that there was a possibility of checking-in earlier, but when I asked for it, they said it was not available for the day I had my booking. There is no place to store the luggage if you arrive earlier, so I ended up carrying my suitcase around the town for some hours (while other people from the conference had a possibility to either check in into their hotels earlier or leave the luggage at the reception). There are no staff available at the property and everything is done via messages, including self-check in. It is hard to reach anyone after 4pm, even though they left emergency phone number. I learned that I prefer more traditional hotels with staff that is present and available to assist.
I won’t recommend this place for anyone who is not familiar with this campus, or not a student there. The check-in process for this property is exhausting and the instructions are very unclear. First of all, the property was in the annex building and not the main building and its address listed here. Secondly, I was only given a key to my apartment and not the main entrance to the building itself and so I could not even get in. Finally, the key to the apartment was put in a building that is far away from your apartment. Also the picture that you see here is very deceiving. The hall, dining, kitchen and bedroom are all in one big space. Once you book, the first red flag is a message you’ll receive that the place is unmanned

the parking is horror, but that is no fault of Easy Livin'. If you don't have a smart phone, don't even try to park your car on any of the spots that belong to Aimo Park. I don't have a smart phone, and while I was on the phone with Aimo Park to arrange payment for the parking (since I couldn't download the app on my Nokia) one of their coworkers give me a fine for parking my car on a spot of Aimo Park. Eventually someone else with a smart phone had to park my car.
Communication with staff was not enough succesful - we didn't solved the problem with TV.
Está al lado de la universidad por lo que es muy conveniente si vas a hacer algún curso allí, pero también la línea 3 de autobuses te lleva al centro de la ciudad y pasa bastante a menudo. Los apartamentos tienen bastante espacio y están bien equipados.
