Pros:

Very friendly staff and helpful staff. Location was fantastic off the train and basically 2 minute walk to hotel and about 10 minutes walk to the main square. Massive humongous shopping centre right on the doorstep of the hotel and a zabka and lovely sandwich/pastrie shop straight across the road from hotel. Would recommend this place 100%

There wasn't anything to dislike apart from having to check out 🤣

Pros:

Simple place but clean friendly staff and a very convenient location right next to the train station and the big shopping centre connected to it. I just stayed a night but was very happy with the place would stay again on another visit to Krakow

Nulla a parte la mancanza di un armadio nella nostra stanza. Il letto per me era scomodo ma perché non sono abituata a dormire su letti morbidi

Дуже близько до центрального вокзалу та Старого міста. Розташування 11/10. Приємний персонал. Дозволили залишити валізи після виселення, оскільки у нас літак був ввечері, це було дуже зручно. Все чисто. Дуже задоволені

Myślę że wrócę jak będę kolejny raz w Krakowie.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja - 5 minut od dworca głównego. Do rynku około 15 minut spacerkiem. Wawel 30 minut spacerkiem. Także na pewno na weekendowy pobyt bardzo polecam! Bardzo miła obsługa, dostępna przez całą dobę.

Great location, both near the train station and the old town.
Friendly staff.
Warm water, clean bedsheets etc. were provided, as stated in the booking details.

Cons:

The heating wasn't working, it was quite cold in the evening and during the night.
The room I was given was on the ground floor with foggy windows, and while it was facing the parking lot, it didn't feel very safe if you're a young woman travelling alone. The noises from the parking lot were also pretty loud, you could hear people talking etc.
