Marina Yacht Hotel

Удобное расположение отеля возле морвокзала. Вечером из окна прекрасные виды на морской парк и морвокзал. единственный минус - расположение между двумя улицами Поярко и Электрической, поэтому довольно долго слышен рёв авто и мотоциклов, которые почему-то на этой короткой улочке пытаются разогнаться. Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый, номера просторные.

Big room, comfortable beds, and so close to the Marina.

Отличное расположение, вежливый персонал, удобные номера и всё необходимое в них. Кровать просто прекрасна. И подушки тоже. Частичный вид на море вполне хорош. Вот только в двухкомнатном люксе зимой холодно. При этом в однокомнатном номере тепло. В целом отель очень рекомендую.

Sehr schönes Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Alles wurde schnell und gründlich sauber gemacht.

We did booking about 4 month before travelling. 16h before check in we got information hotel was overbooked.
Hotel offered room from other hotel... but was not with jacuzzi, sea view, balcony and not so good location.

Hotel location was very good. Hotel is nice and clean. I have been in 5 star hotels which are not as nice as this one with 4 stars.
Only minus is staff's lack of english skills. Gladly there was one cleaning lady who was speaking a little bit of English and reception staf was using google translator :D
Over all still excellent!

Big room (no. 702), big bathroom and perfect shower suitable even for big size people. Bidet is missing. The air conditioning device is noisy. Poor breakfast is available outside the building only, you will have to cross the road and go to Brigantina Bar: it consists of one croissant, a very small jar of fruit jelly, omelette or fried eggs (3 units) or porridge with coffee or tea or orange juice. If you want more than a choice you will have to pay the supplement.

Wir waren die ganze Woche da und uns hat das Zimmer sehr gut gefallen .Es würde jeden Tag sehr gut sauber gemacht ,das Wasser, Kaffe und Tee nachgefühlt.Alles prima , wir haben sehr enspannten Unlaub gehabt.

Очень внимательно читайте описание номеров. Первый раз забронировала делюкс с видом на море и парк, получила крайне боковой вид на море. В номерах класса комфорт «вид на город», точнее на стену. Все было на столько печально, что выбор был сделан (моментально) в пользу оплаты штрафного дня, лишь бы не оставаться там на четыре ночи. Внимание! Отель снимает оплату первой ночи с карты не по приезду гостя, а заранее без предупреждения.

Отель в целом понравился. Каких то критических замечаний нет. Отмечу внимательное отношение персонала к постояльцам и быструю его реакцию на все просьбы, которые были в их компетенции.

Был приобретен ваучер с питанием. По приезду, сотрудники отеля сказали, что питание не входит в услуги, что произошла техническая ошибка на сайте, пришлось доплачивать. Даже сейчас на сайте выставлены позиции с питанием и без. Думаю постоянно обманывают клиентов!

Замечательный отель. Расположен в бизнес центре на верхних этажах. В пешей доступности от жд вокзала, остановки транспорта. Напротив морской вокзал и набережная с пляжами.
Просторный номер, отличная ванная. Кровать с хорошим матрасом и бельем. Комфортный сон.
Завтраки в кафе напротив - тоже понравились

Il s'agit d'un hôtel dans un immeuble (c'est donc une chambre qu'on a et pas un complexe hôtelier pour bien préciser les choses) qui donne sur le port, donc bien placé et belle vue. La chambre est grande et bien, la salle de bain aussi. Le personnel est sympa. C'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Attention cependant : il est indiqué sur ce site que le petit-déjeuner est compris. Or, il n'y a aucun service de petit-déjeuner proposé par l'hôtel. Ils avaient l'air sincères en disant que c'était une erreur. N'en sachant rien, j'accorde le bénéfice du doute, mais à voir si l'erreur est corrigée dans les jours à venir. Sinon, sachez donc qu'il n'y a aucun service de restauration (y compris de petit-déjeuner) - ni aucun autre service d'ailleurs hormis la chambre.

Hotel has a very good location, room was big, very comfortable and clean. Staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. We definitely would stay at this hotel again and would recommended to our friends.

The room was very nice. The entrance to the hotel was a little disappointing. Not a regular hotel lobby. Overall was very nice

מלון קטן ויפה , אם המטרה לטייל , זה המקום. מיקום אידאלי, מול המרינה , 5 דקות הליכה למרכז, מלון מאוד נקי עם עצוב מהמם. החדרים ממש מרווחים עם מרפסת מרוהטת שבה ספה ממש נוחה, המיטות נוחות מאוד, היה במלון כל מה שהיינו צריכים, ממליצה בחום .

Unfortunately, a few hours before our flight we received a message that took us (2 families) to another hotel far from the center without any compensation and the possibility of appeal. We turned to them and were not answered. Just frustrating! The hotel we received was far from the center so we wasted lots of money and time for transportation. We requested compensation or a discount and did not receive any response. I think it's cheating.

Very good hotel everything is clean very good location.
