スタッフはとても親切で、困った時やわからない時には真摯に対応してくれます。部屋も居心地良く、寛げます。特に1人がけのリクライニングチェアが座り心地良く、出かけたくなくなる程でした。エレベーターはありませんが、大きな荷物は運んでもらえます。欲を言うなら洗面台まわりがもう少し使いやすいと良いなと思います。
