Close to an airport, and a beach, excellent price
Pros:

I stayed for one night after arriving late and before going to the mountains. For the price, the place is great: a warm clean room w comfortable bed and TV, clean bathroom with good pressured hot water in a shower, even a Russian-style breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff, don’t know if they speak English though. a walk to Adler beach and train station to catch a train to the ski area. To get to hotel from the airport, call the hotel for a taxi service phone number, then call a taxi after you get your luggage, but you will need a phone for them to send you a message with the coming cars info.
