Pros:

the location is amazing right on the main street and next to the beach. however the “main street” in malia is the party street so if you want to relax and sleep at night you shouldn’t stay here as there is loud music every night. the breakfast is not the best but being included in a very cheap price is absolutely okay. the room was small but good with good ac. i recommend.

Cons:

the only thing is cleanliness: that when we arrived we found some hair in the bathroom floor and one bed sheet was stained, i told them and i was given a new one but only the next day. if it wasn’t for that it would have been okay cause they change sheets and towels every 4 days.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. The owners and the people running the property were very unhelpful, and the way guests were treated was far from what we expected.

We paid for a larger room, but when we arrived, we were told that our room was not ready. We had to wait around 30 minutes to check in, only to find out that the room we had actually paid for was occupied by someone else. As a result, we were given a very small room for two days, which did not even have four proper beds. One of the beds was essentially a hospital-style extra bed. We were told that we would be moved to our paid room later, but we had to stay in this unsuitable room for two days.

The issue with basic supplies was also frustrating. Toilet paper was provided one roll at a time for four people, and when we asked for more, we were told that we could only get another roll after the existing one had been completely used.

During our entire eight-day stay, our room was never cleaned, not even once. Our towels were also never changed.

There was also a very serious safety issue with the swimming pool. At around 1 p.m. during our stay, we reported to the owner that there were a large number of broken pieces of glass in the swimming pool. We were told that her husband would take care of it when he returned. However, nothing was done. The following day, the glass was still in the pool, and as far as we could tell, other guests had not been warned about the danger either. The broken glass remained in the pool until the day we checked out.

This was extremely concerning, as someone could easily have stepped on the glass, especially if they were unaware of the situation, or could have seriously injured themselves while entering or swimming in the pool.

There were also clear double standards regarding the use of the pool.

Lokalizacja- samo centrum, blisko plaży i innych atrakcji. Obsługa mimo małych problemów z naszej strony wyrozumiała. Dobre kontynentalne śniadanie. Cena bardzo konkurencyjna. Pozdrawiam serdecznie

Cons:

To miejsce tylko i wyłącznie dla imprezowiczów. Większość gości +18, wielo kulturowa, w większości bez żadnego poszanowania podstawowych zasad kultury osobistej. Tam się nie wyśpisz nigdy. Wokół same głośne kluby, a potem impreza, trzaskanie drzwiami i Bardzo głośne "rozmowy". Zdjęcia ni jak mają się do stanu rzeczywistego. Chyba tylko basen, niewielki ale oddany w rzeczywistości. Kiczowaty i stary wystrój. Radzę zabrać swoje ręczniki, bo hotelowe tylko na użytek w łazience. Sprzątanie tylko co 4 dni. Klimatyzacja płatna osobno. Choć prze booking mieliśmy już w cenie. Ze względu na tak konkurencyjną cenę nie ma co narzekać na hotel. Niestety innych gości się nie wybiera.

Hello, I do not recommend it to anyone. After 2 days I had to leave the place because it is horrible, it does not look like the photos, it is not good at all, do not go to that place, it is dirty and very humid and they charged me 8 euros per night, which was included in the price.
