Lovely hotel with great staff
Pros:

The room was very clean and fresh water was provided every day. The free washing machines were really great to have and there is plenty of room to dry clothes in the sunshine. There is also free coffee provided in the morning. The staff were so helpful and very nice!

This place -- aside from having clean rooms, genuinely nice staff, and being affordable -- had something extra to it that I can't place. I hope to return at some point.

Friendly staff, clean, close to Manasak gym and nice rooms and pool.

The location is good. There is no noise from outside.

Cons:

There is a big cockroach in the bathroom, so scary. The hotel is located in an alley which is so small, it's quite hard to park a car and there are only 4 car spots. There are no elevators, only a stair.

Comfortable place for family
Pros:

Family room is spacious and bed/bath linen are clean. They provide washing machine to wash clothes ourselves, which is very helpful

Shower window curtain is shorter than window width and make it uncomfortable while taking shower

A comfortable and well-located stay with great facilities and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Very pleasant stay with comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool, plus a washing machine and a large space to dry clothes. There is a 7-Eleven around the corner, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town. Plenty of great places nearby for food, massages, and the night market and boxing stadium is within a 10-minute walk. The staff were extremely friendly.

Nothing, everything was perfectly arranged.

Pros:

Quiet, comfortable, simple living. Everything you need at a great price. Glass bottled water delivered to your door daily. Good value breakfast every morning by the pool. Free use of coffee machine (made great coffee). Free use of washing machine. Easy walking distance to Night Bizarre & restaurants. Rooms had great lighting options.

Cons:

The shower had extremely low pressure, and the shower head wouldn't stay up.
The beds were a bit too firm for me.
Air con goes off when you leave the room (with your key) so you come back to a hot room - but I understand why they do this and it doesn't take too long for the room to cool down again
