The triple room did not have 3 beds, it had 2 singles beds, then an armchair converted into a bed which was one of the most uncomfortable nights I've ever had!

Contrate una habitación con una cama matrimonial y un sofá cama para 3 personas sin embargo el hotel recibió reserva para una persona y me cargo 1000 rublos adicionales por 2 personas más. No indicaron en recepción que habría cargos extra.

Ну, конечно, отелем назвать это место сложно. По этому и претензий много. Если бы red house имел статус гостевого дома - их было бы горазда меньше. У отеля 4-е парковочных места, которые нужно выпрашивать. Не особо дружелюбный и приветливый персонал. «Ушатаные» номера( обои, двери, ванна в которой не то что бы полежать, босиком стоять не очень хочется, фурнитура), не особо чисто ( пыль, волосы). За 3 дня проживания ни кто не пришёл не то что бы прибираться, а элементарно вынести мусор. Вот.
Удачное расположение отеля. Тишина и всё, что нужно для работы и отдыха. Домашняя атмосфера и полное соответствие "цена-качество".
